Riu Festival

We were transferred to the Riu Festival by Tui a day before our holiday and we were not disappointed Warm welcome with orange juice on arrival , lovely gesture, the lady in reception ( about 40s with glasses ) was so welcoming Food - geared more for the German taste - however very good with a varied selection, request -some marmalade alongside the jams would be appreciated also some weetabix or bran flakes cereal Staff - all friendly, shout out to Ana in the dining room , very efficient and friendly , each time a table was cleared it was wiped over entirely even under the table number and salt and pepper each time Cleaning - immaculate cannot fault in bedrooms. Dining room very clean Pool - could always get a sun bed in the shade we usually went down about 2 pm Pool bar - great bar manager ( man about 40’s) who offered to let me try a Majorcan wine which was very good The hotel is 99% German but was never a issue - we would stay there again

We had a great time at the Riu Festival! Our room was clean and comfortable, fast cleaning of the room everyday. We also enjoyed the buffet, the food was good and plentiful, with much choice. The wait staff were helpful and quick to pick up dirty dishes. The pool area was clean and the bar drinks we excellent.

If you enjoy staying somewhere where the surrounding area is bustling with life, this hotel is perfect for you – it’s a place where you certainly won’t get bored. The hotel is well-maintained and clean, and I really enjoyed the food – varied dinners and standard breakfasts.

fab service, very efficient would recommend. Staff very friendly and professional, very clean and great variety of food. Special thanks to waitress SALAY who loved our cuddly toys mickey and minnie and made our stay special.
