Fabienne, katell, letizia absolutely amazing entertainment team really gets everyone involved the energy from the team really makes it, im a very fussy eater and and 3 into the holiday and I have always found something I liked, the air con in the room is freezing thats a bonus as its so hot here atm, was abit worried coming here after some reviews but honestly I am that person who checks the room first before we take our cases up and was no problem had the new refurbished room and it was absolutely fine air con and small fridge to keep water cool, bath room perfect size, so much for the children to do here so many different pools and slides you really will have a good time, also free bus down the the beach and shops every 15 mins would highly recommend

Great hotel with friendly fun entertainment staff, my boy loved the kids club and we all enjoyed the evening entertainment. The pools and slides were great fun and staff couldnt be more helpful and nicer. We would definitely come back.

I was torn on whether to give this holiday 3 or 4 stars but considering it is a 3 star resort I have gone with 4 as we overall had a brilliant time. We were a group of 2 adults and 2 children (4 and 1) and all had lots of fun. The room was perfect adequate for us. It was nice to have the separate bedroom. As we were travelling with an infant the hotel had given us a ground floor room with a bath. The shower over the bath was a bit rubbish, either freezing or scalding and changed between every 20ish seconds of the shower. For a bath it worked OK because it tended to even itself out. The air conditioning didn't seem to work properly our first night but we arrived late. The following day it kicked in and was great for the rest of the week. The staff work tirelessly to keep things going. The waiting staff in all of the restaurants have a huge job turning over tables and they do it brilliantly with a smile. The chefs do a great job in tough circumstances for so many people in the heat. The cleaning staff are working all day long from cleaning outside areas to the rooms. All of the staff were excellent and a credit to the hotel. The pools were a massive highlight. There was occasionally a smell of sewage in the splashpark but it didn't stop the fun. We tried out all of the pools and the biggest hits were the main pool (which did get busy) and the kids pool in the splashpark. Worth the holiday just for the pools! The entertainment team were fantastic, so enthusiastic and happy. The atmosphere round the main pool was always fun and positive with music (but not too loud) and something going on. The kids minidisco was a hit for my 4-year-old who insisted on going every night. We still have the songs stuck in our heads and I am sure will be singing them for a long time to come. The 10pm show was a bit late for us but we made it to The Lion King which was great. The children enjoyed the kids club, especially Globy's birthday party! Many of the reviews mention poor food. We aren't fussy and there was always a good variety with different foods at all 3 restaurants. You would struggle if you had allergies because the foods were only occasionally labelled correctly in the main restaurant. It was also noisy in all of the restaurants so we couldn't hear each other well but that can't be helped when it's so busy. We enjoyed everything we ate, particularly the freshly cooked pizza and the grilled meats in the BBQ/grill restaurant. We had no issues with the on site extras. The ice cream shop was great and we had a couple of ice creams. The shop near the entertainment tent was well stocked and suited our needs. There was sunbed wars around the main pool with some days people not coming back all day despite having reserved with towels. Selfish and bizarre why you would bother putting your towel out so early! I imagine this would be more of a pain in the school holidays. There were always a good selection of beds in the splash world. Overall, we had a lovely family holiday. I wouldn't travel there without kids but for children I don't think it can get much better. If the price was right, we would come back and wouldn't hesitate to book another Globales hotel in future.

Travelled with my husband and 2 kids aged 12 and 9. We arrived at 11am and check in was quick and friendly. Room in Rosa block was spotless. Only issue was no tea /coffee making facilities in the room which wasnt a big deal. Shower is lovely , beds were comfy and room was 100%. Pool We always got beds ,we had no hassle at all. Main pool was busier than splash park. Lifeguards always very vigilant. Very friendly and helpful and enjoyed joking with families. Splash park is great fun and again, lifeguards had great interactions. My little girl was injured on a slide and they were fantastic with her. Food and Drinks Plenty of food throughout the day. Breakfast had a huge selection of good quality freshly made food. Lunch and dinner are pretty similar so it does get repetitive but there was always something decent. Branded fizzy drinks eveeywhere and water stations. Beer and wine taps also. Entertainment The team work so hard and are great at their jobs. They never stop! We had geeat fun with them. The bus is always on time for the beach and the driver is lovely. My only complaint is that a lot of the stuff is not included as all inclusive. The ice creams are about 4euro each. Cocktails are 7 -8 euro each. All of the stuff in the pool house are extra ( ice pops and treats) the evening bouncy castles and trampolines etc are extra costs aswell. In past all inclusive resorts ive stayed in, they would have ice cream, crepes etc included in the package. Overall it is a lovely well run hotel with great staff and i would absolutely recommend to families.
