For those coming to this hotel: do not worry! It is amazing. Before we came I was terrified reading some of the reviews. Here is my exeprience so far, we are currently here: - Family room is very spacious and clean, cleaning is 5x per week. We got kitchenette with dishes and even free pack of sponge and dish washing liquid. We got sea view, which we think was a free upgrade and we were very thankful! - Food - we initially booked breakfast only, the choice is huuuge and quality is very good! We esp love fresh fruit each morning. We also once added lunch and were also happy even my picky 6 yr old was super happy with the food. - Location is unbeatable, directly on the beach, sea is clean and beach well kept. You can rent 2 beds and umbrella 21eur/day. - Pools - there are several but we dont hang around we come to sea side for the beach, we have pools at home. But i noticed there are plenty chairs and grounds are well kept. - Personal is lovely, friendly and smiling ready to help. You get beach towels and you can swap twice per week for free or more often at 1eur each time you change. - Kids facilities are plenty there is playground a football pitch (we were stuck there and my kid wasnt interested in anything else), there is kids club and many activities thru the day. - Location, bus stop just outside of hotel 5min ride to Can picafort and 15 to pprt de Alcudia. Pine trees all around. There are shops and restaurants outside of hotel too. Overall it is an amazing resort, it is only 3 star but it is WAY better than many 4 or 5 stars we stayed at (we visited nearly 70 countries world wide). I really dont know WHAT do some people expect or want. Thank you to the staff of this hotel, we are enjoying it to the fullest!

Honestly, I’m really frustrated because up until this morning, I was pretty prepared to say this hotel was decent for a 3-star. There are definitely things that could be better. Nobody seems to follow the pool rules, people are still in the pool well after it closes, and quite a few of the bartenders have had pretty bad attitudes. But overall, it was fine and I wasn’t expecting 5-star service from a 3-star resort. Then came our last hour. Check-out is at 12. At 11:10, we left our room to go get some drinks. When we came back, our key cards had been deactivated. We went to reception and they reactivated them, but they still didn’t work. So we had to wait for someone to come and fix it. By the time the technician and housekeeper finally came, it was around 11:45. We were then told that the key cards automatically deactivate at 11am. Why on earth are they deactivated an hour before checkout? And why aren’t guests told this? We finally got back into our room at about 11:50. The housekeeper told us we still had to be out at 12. We explained that reception had told us we could stay an extra 15-20 minutes if we needed to, because we still had some packing to finish. At 11:56, she knocked on the door and told us to get out. We explained again that we’d spoken to reception. She actually came into our room and tried to call reception from the room phone, which hasn’t worked for our entire stay. When she couldn’t get through, she walked out and slammed the door behind her. I completely understand that checkout is at 12. We weren’t trying to stay for hours or ignore the checkout time. We were trying to finish packing after spending almost the entire last 50 minutes dealing with a key card that the hotel had deactivated. The whole thing was just unnecessarily rude and frustrating. If reception and housekeeping are giving guests different information, that’s a problem with the hotel’s communication, not the guest. It’s a shame because we were actually going to leave feeling fairly positive about the hotel. Instead, our final impression is being locked out of our room before checkout, waiting around while staff tried to sort it out, and then having a member of staff come into our room and slam the door because we hadn’t magically managed to finish packing in the few minutes we’d actually had access to our room. Really disappointing end to what was otherwise an okay stay.

Recently stayed for a week, All Inclusive with our son. This was our first holiday outside of the UK and we had a fantastic time! The hotel is lovely, we had a 1 Bed Alartment, with a pool view. We could actually see the beach too from our room, which meant we could see the sunrise every morning from our balcony! The room was cleaned everyday, towels replaced everyday. Plenty of storage and great aircon. The hotel itself was modern and clean with great facilities. No issues in getting sunbeds, we only went down for these in the afternoon after doing other things in the mornings. Big Shout out to the staff who were all so kind and friendly. They are all a complete credit to the place. Lots of entertainment throughout the day and evening, our son is football obsessed and most days there was a football session being led by a Tui Rep (our son loved him!) and during the evening there is a big enclosed football pitch next to the entertainment area which he spent hours in, making friends and kicking a ball around. The TUI Blue App has all of the entertainment and fitness sessions listed for each day. There is an onsite gym; kids club; playpark; bowling and games room and even a launderette. Plus an onsite shop. There are local buses which are easy to navigate to explore the local area - tap in and out to pay with a card. The beach is gorgeous, direct access from the hotel and calm shallow sea to paddle in. Finally I wanted to mention the food. We are a vegetarian and vegan family and I'd felt worried on the lead up to the holiday after seeing some negative reviews. I didn't need too, there were options for every meal, including yoghurts and a whole range of milks at breakfast. We spoke to a staff member and the chefs made us vegan pancakes for breakfast in the morning and we also had vegan desserts every evening.
