I’ll start with the good points because there were some to be fair - the room upon arrival was immaculate modern and had everything we needed. Towels and bedding were changed regularly. The pools are lovely and the hotel overall is kept looking tidy if you look from afar. The majority of staff were friendly and helpful. There was entertainment every night - not sure if it was any good as we never stay in the hotel during the evenings when we go on holiday. There was also entertainment going on during the day too, live singers etc, which I thought was lovely and something you don’t see often. The placement of the hotel Directly on the beach is also a good point - I loved this, and the sunrise is stunning! That’s where the good points end unfortunately. Even though it’s a big hotel with large grounds it doesn’t hold the same number of guests comfortably outdoors as it does indoors, the sun loungers are pushed together so they are touching around every single pool, there is zero space to be able to walk through or even move your legs either side of the lounger. It’s like sardines in a tin. If you get to the pool after 10am forget it, you will not get a lounger. There are not enough Loungers to the number of guests, the grass areas were even covered with loungers, we went before the school Holidays so I dread to think what it’s like in late July and August, it’s making me anxious to even think about it 🤣 We all found the hotel as a whole to be completely overwhelming, it’s absolutely manic - this is my own fault for booking such a big place and lesson learned for future. If you like to be in a hotel where you cannot relax at all, then this is the place for you, if you like to chill at least a little bit go elsewhere. They have strategically placed the shop next to the children’s pool with all the toys facing outwards so its under the children’s nose from morning till night and they charge 3 x the price that you would pay if you went into town, but I suppose the know they can do it as it’s just convenience - €4.50 for a single packet of Huggies wet wipes is just mind blowing. € 30 for a basic hat…. €40 for a pool float, Come on, it’s just daylight robbery!! We had a meal in the garden BBQ which is out the front of the hotel - it was, how can I put it - bloody awful 🤣 t bone steak to share, 2 measly portions of fries and 2 bowls of microwave veg €85 and was inedible, we did dare to complain and were treated as if we were the ones that had done something wrong. The bill was practically thrown at us. I didn’t know until after that this restaurant is actually part of the hotel - so best off to avoid it as we were not the only ones to send food back that night. The cleaners did come in regularly, and towels and bedding were changed and rubbish taken away, however I do think that’s all they did do as floors were not swept or mopped. Around the pool areas were not kept clean, there were spillages from the nights before still dried on the floor the following morning. The showers around the pool were also filthy. The glass gate you go through to beach PLEASE SOMEONE GET SOME BLOODY GLASS CLEANER ON IT!!!!! It’s mortifying 🤮 My dad had a run in with a lifeguard, my dad who is 70 years old, went down to the pool to drop towels and his bag, after 9am which is when the pool opens and then came back up to grab my 3 year old son and went straight back to the pool, as we knew reserving of sunbeds is prohibited, he told the lifeguard he would be 5 minutes and that he was just going to get his grandson as he couldn’t manage, bags, towels a 3 year old etc etc, the lifeguard said no problem. My dad got back to the pool, his own personal towels had been thrown off the loungers and the hotels provided towels had been put behind reception, my dad confronted the lifeguard and was greeted with a mouthful. I don’t understand why he went to all that effort to quite blatantly be awkward - why not just tell my dad in the first place that he was not to do it 🤷🏻♀️ It seems as though a lot of time is spent doing minor, unnecessary things by staff members so just to pass the time. As this is a Tui blue hotel I really did expect more. To be honest, I don’t think I would use Tui, again full stop, this is the second time Iv used them for a package and the second time it’s been dreadful I would not return to this hotel, and neither would any members of our party. I could not get over the difference between this hotel and the one we went to last year which I now wish I has re booked instead of the Alcúdia pins. Please, if you are looking at going to this area, take a look at the Zafiro - Ca’n Picafort - a gorgeous hotel, plenty going on with a really chilled atmosphere! And you’re not packed in like sardines!

We are currently staying at this hotel, and before arriving we had read a few reviews, so we weren’t quite sure what to expect. We are extremely happy with the hotel and all of its facilities. We are travelling with our daughter, who has coeliac disease, and the staff and managers have gone above and beyond to make sure she has a wonderful and safe experience. Their care and attention have meant a great deal to us. The food in the restaurants is absolutely delicious and of excellent quality. Our room is cosy, clean, and well maintained. The only minor issue was that the air conditioning could have benefited from a thorough cleaning. Whenever we needed help, everything was taken care of quickly, and every single member of the staff has been incredibly kind and helpful. They even assisted us in arranging a doctor’s appointment when our youngest daughter became ill with tonsillitis. We truly appreciate the outstanding service and hospitality and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and family-friendly holiday. Thank you all and we are glad that we have more good days to come in this lovely hotel.

I was given a Disabled room. The Soap dispenser didn’t work even though I did go to reception and report it. I got scalded in the Shower 3 times. If you by mistake know the lever you get burnt with very Hot water Shower has no Thermostat. The night time entertainment is fair and the staff are very good. But the Stink of Drains is discusting and you can’t sit near the Bar. Because of the smell. Garden Grill has no Aircon and it’s uncomfortable to Eat in there. Although food is quite good to be fair. The main Pool Bar shuts at 5pm for Allinclusive and reopens as a paying Bar about 1 hour after. Fizzy drinks ok. Beers is fair. If you want an all inclusive cocktail it comes out of a machine and is watered down and tasteless. You can pay for the proper drink though which I think is very unfair because why should all inclusive be penalised With weak watered down drinks. Other than that good location for Beach. Pool areas are very packed and noisy
