Just returned after 4 nights on our first holiday with our 6 month old. We all absolutely loved it! Despite the reviews we found the hotel and room very clean, cleaners always out cleaning! Pool was always nice and clean as well. Pool was chilly but expected and bearable once in, 6 month old went in multiple times and was fine! Entertainment was brilliant, always something to do day and night, perfect for families! Food was fine for us, they had the basics every meal but also had a variation of different things each meal. Overall we had a really great time on our first holiday as a family! Will definitely be returning!

This hotel is not located in Alcúdia but in Playa de Muro. You will need a taxi to get to Alcúdia Port or the Old Town. The name of the hotel was a little misleading for us. Unfortunately, our arrival experience was disappointing. We expected a warm welcome, but that wasn’t the case. The night reception staff gave us the impression that nobody really cared whether we were arriving or staying at the hotel. We stood right in front of the reception desk for quite some time before being called over, despite them noticing us at least 10 minutes earlier and having no other guests to serve. They didn’t seem interested in making a good first impression, which immediately set a negative tone for our stay. We were told there would be a late-arrival buffet available for guests whose flights arrived late. When we got there, it consisted of some lettuce, sweetcorn, and perhaps a bit of bread on the side. We were genuinely shocked that this was considered dinner! 🤣 At that point, we knew we had made the right decision not to book all-inclusive. We ended up going to a nearby takeaway for food instead. After this experience, we lowered our expectations and even considered changing hotels. When we entered our room, there was nothing acknowledging our boys’ birthday trip, despite informing the hotel in advance. As I mentioned before, the reception staff didn’t seem interested in guest requests. Our room was located directly opposite a back entrance used by restaurant staff, with people constantly coming and going, and the view was not what we had expected. The following day, our impression improved somewhat. The facilities were actually quite good. The pool, beach access, and children’s play area were all enjoyable, and we were satisfied with those aspects of the hotel. From that point onwards, we stopped making requests and simply enjoyed the facilities while dining elsewhere and taking trips outside the resort. Overall, this hotel is a good option for families on a budget. The facilities are decent, and we particularly appreciated the showers and lockers available after checkout for guests with late flights. That was a thoughtful and very useful touch. The beach was nice initially, but over the next few days large amounts of seaweed accumulated. Safe to say we won’t be posting many beach photos! We had to walk around 20 minutes along the shoreline to find a suitable spot for pictures. I suppose it’s down to luck, but the beach didn’t appear to be cleaned very frequently, and it looked like it could take weeks to clear. Prices in the area are extremely high, but that’s tourism for you. I would recommend shopping at local supermarkets away from the tourist zone to save money. It was also much windier than we expected, which is worth noting for future visitors. Did we enjoy our holiday? Yes. Would we return? Only if it was exceptionally cheap for the whole family. We would come back knowing exactly what to expect and would do things on our own terms. The location is pleasant, and the facilities are acceptable. One suggestion would be to reconsider the food prices on-site. The food is very expensive for what is, at best, average quality. Lower prices and higher turnover would probably be a better approach. Housekeeping did an acceptable job overall, but our requests regarding a faulty safe and additional towels were ignored. Rooms are only cleaned on certain days, so bear that in mind. Also, beach towels can only be exchanged free of charge twice per week; after that, there is an additional fee.

The reviews did scare me I must admit. However I am glad I ignored them and left the hotel feeling like it would be at least 4 stars! What a great experience here. We stayed here on a self catering board as we enjoy eating out a lot, so can’t comment on the food here but heard great things while we were here. There’s a few restaurants about however it’s very easy to catch the bus into Alcudia and Can picafort. We don’t usually bus it out anywhere on holiday but in this hotel I think it’s a must as there’s not too much around. The room was cleaned often towels changed once while we were there for a week. There is a shop on site however I heard it’s very expensive to managed to stay out of it. But the options there for those who want to use it. The beach was full of seaweed when we were there however that’s not the hotels fault so we didn’t use the beach at the hotel. The beach was beautiful at can picafort though which is a short bus journey away. You can download the mallorcab app like uber if you want to order taxis directly to yourselves. Taxis are double the price of bus’s. The hotel had great entertainment every single night. We loved the kids disco and the quiz every night. It really was the highlight of our holiday. The entertainment in our eyes couldn’t have been any better. The staff were friendly and helpful. Clean everywhere you go at the resort. You have happy hour at the bar by the entertainment stage every day. We stayed in a 1 bed apartment with bunk beds and had so much room. There was a bath with shower over which suited us great. Would highly recommend to anyone considering this hotel and I can totally see why people visit here more than once!

Here is an accurate review from 28th May - 5th June 2026 from a family of 3 adults + 6 yr old child: PRO’s - Good evening entertainment from around 7-11pm every night - Kids shows up to 9pm then more adult stuff from 9pm onwards such as good tribute acts, magicians and singers. - Small complex so everything is close by - Good pools for kids - lots of shallow areas and decent slides - Large, clean well equipped rooms, all with large balconies - Rooms cleaned regularly (every couple of days) - Complaints sorted quickly - Right on the beach front - Lots of sun beds - On site shop is massive and has everything - Pharmacy right outside resort - Good nick nak shops right outside resort with very good fake bags/sunglasses for good prices if you’re into that - Good on-site play park, football pitch and trampoline bungee things. - Showers were a good height - i am 6’1” and i could easily stand under. - tall people you know what i’m saying - Tons of storage in the rooms - The room safe is free and easy to use (some resorts charge for this) - Pony/small horse riding area right outside the resort which kiddies can ride for €8 which is superb fun and value! - Friendly chatty staff - Hair braiding / caricature artists, popcorn/candle floss machines and other fun stuff next to the entertainment every night - Beautiful beach - the first time we came the water was lovely and clear with no seaweed but this time it was a bit choppy which brought a lot of seaweed onto the shore. A tractor did scrape it up on one of the days bit a bit of an endless task - Great games room and bowling alley - On site doctor - On site self service Laundrette - Lifts to upper floors - which not all resorts have - 45 mins from Palma airport - Francesca the (i think) assistant manager was very helpful and was genuinely upset when I complained that the areas around the pool were dirty. She got the cleaners straight out there and got it sorted - and we got some complimentary drinks vouchers as a sorry sent to our room. CON’s - Double beds are idiotic as they are 2 singles pushed together - so if you like a snuggle forget it or you'll be on the floor wedged between the beds! 2 single duvet covers as well!! VERY ANNOYING!!! - Food is average: but it is a 3 star and i think some people reviewing this hotel forget that! - Floor areas around the pool are not that clean so not sure what the cleaners do all day and night - BUT the pool water is thoroughly cleaned daily - Not much to walk to in the local area (but there is a bus stop right outside) - Large on site shop is fantastically expensive - BUT is very well equipped - Mosquito bite problem can be an issue so come prepared with sprays etc. We’ve been here twice and the first time i got bitten to death! This time no bites though as i came prepared - Sunbeds were snapped up VERY early the first few mornings but a few days in the towels were removed by staff if put down and left before 9am - All inclusive drinks are ok and have most spirits but i like Southern Comfort and there was none which i had a little cry about - Sometimes there are long queues for drinks at the bars, but not horrendous. - Not really a con, but this resort is not for couples and is best suited for families with kids up to teenager age as there are lots of children there

We have just returned after a wonderful week at this hotel. First impressions were excellent, after arriving at 11pm to be greeted by a bottle of water in the room was much appreciated, and we were able to go down to the restaurant and grab a simple bite to eat, which was also a nice surprise! Our room was spotless and really comfty beds. The pool areas were also very clean, the staff are very hardworking keeping it all looking clean and tidy. The food was unbelievable, we did AI and I cannot fault it! My kids were loving the freshly made churros and pancakes at breakfast and I enjoyed a cooked breakfast followed up with a massive selection of pastries! Loads on offer at lunch, the meats grilled in front of you with fresh salad and fresh bread were lovely. Oh and the cakes and puddings were delicious! We all loved going for dinner too and the kids would head straight to the kids buffett to fill their plates. The theme nights were amazing, I honestly cannot fault any of it! The choc fountain with the biggest selection of sweets and donuts was a big hit with my 9 year old! Please let Matteo know that his aqua fit session was the best I have ever been to! His energy and positivity were contagious and I didn't stop smiling the whole time, plus it was a really good workout! What an asset he is! The hotel ordered us a taxi within minutes and we went to funworld about 10 minutes away which was a big bouncy castle area for the kids, would reccomend doing that ( 10 euros pp per hour). I am so sad to be home after an incredible week, and this place really was perfection in my eyes, we couldn't have asked for anything more! Thank you.
