WOW. What an incredible holiday. The hotel is beautiful and all the staff are amazing. Gorgeous setting right next to a stunning beach, sand dunes and pine forest. Love that the pools were all warm enough to spend the entire day in too. Kids club was so good everyday and they loved pizza making, riffle shooting, foam party and daily parties with BUFO. Definitely recommend upgrading to VIP selection rooms too even just for the breakfast. Also loved the food and the fact we got 2 a la carte meals included. Thank you for the best week. :)

Was going with my family, children loved the place, nice food and nice view over the ocean. Can strongly recommend this hotel with all inclusive. A experience that we will never forget.

Absolutely loved our stay! We have just returned from an amazing stay at Viva, and honestly, I can’t recommend this hotel enough. We were a group of nine friends, and every single one of us absolutely loved it. One of my friends loved it so much that she didn’t want to leave and was already talking about extending her stay for another three days! I’ve been travelling to Mallorca for around 15 years and have stayed in many different parts of the island. I’ve always avoided staying in the north because I thought it would make it harder to get to the beautiful calas and other parts of Mallorca. After this experience, I have completely changed my mind. I’m already planning to come back next year, stay at this hotel again, and actually spend more time enjoying the hotel and its beach. The hotel itself is beautiful, the beach is fantastic, and the food was honestly one of the biggest highlights. Everything was incredibly fresh, beautifully prepared and genuinely delicious. I’ve stayed in more than 10 different all inclusive hotels in Mallorca over the years, and I can honestly say I have never had such a good experience with the food. But the customer service… wow. This is what really stood out to me. Every single person we dealt with was so attentive, friendly and genuinely helpful. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Even when something wasn’t possible, they would make the effort to find a solution or help in whatever way they could. They really made us feel looked after. In fact, the customer service was so impressive that it actually inspired me to improve the customer service in my own business in the UK. I’m having a meeting with my team this week specifically to discuss how we can raise our own standards, because this hotel reminded me how much of a difference exceptional service can make to someone’s experience. We had such a wonderful few days here. There are hotels you enjoy, and then there are hotels that genuinely stay with you after you leave. This is definitely one of them. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special. We will absolutely be back!

Lovely location perfect for families with young children . Beautiful beach with very fine white sand. Very safe all activities very close. Wonderful staff who were great with the children . They all worked very hard nothing was too much trouble. I was upgraded to a room with terrace small garden area and sea view as I had stayed at the hotel the year before. Room was very clean and comfortable and relevant to the cost of the holiday for a week.Staff in restaurant very friendly and a good range of food served each day. The restaurant on the beach was the final dinner I had before returning home , the food was lovely and service good.

Excellent family resort but food (and drink) quality has dropped a lot over the recent years! Please BRING BACK: 1. Free dining in La Terrazza 2. In-house made deserts 3. Proper Pina Colada
