Viva Eden Lago

We have just returned from a brilliant 6 day holiday at Viva Eden Lago. The staff were super friendly and helpful and the all inclusive food options were great and varied. The overall condition of the hotel was excellent throughout. Would highly recommend.

A fantastic hotel. So many positives. Can't possibly fault the staff! Attentive and friendly. Your plate was cleared as soon as you finished even if it was busy. The bar staff were great, quick and the bar areas were really clean. Housekeeping very efficient, they do have the day off on a Thursday which was a little random.never known that before but was ok. Entertainment staff really lovely without being pushy. Food was lovely. The Sports Bar was particularly brilliant for lunch. Only negative was they closed the larger "family" inflatable pool one afternoon for a "Private Party" at 4pm (please bear in mind the other, second pool is really quite small).Then a load of random families from outside the hotel, non residents, turned up to fill that pool!! As paying guests we found this really odd. A private function after the pool closes to guests (6pm) is different. Just felt unfair and weird. Overall a fantastic hotel, worth the money and a great location near the beach.

We have been very satisfied with the housekeeping. Especially Raquel Llull. She’s smiling and very polite. We have liked our vacation. And would like to visit again.
