Excellent stay as always. First class facilities with fabulous staff. I have already booked for next year and can’t wait to return!

We have just returned from a short stay (4 nights) and we loved every minute. We got a real bargain and we were blown away by the quality of the drinks and choice of food for the price we paid. The location was fantastic, a short walk to the beach and shops/supermarket. We travelled as a family of four (8 year old and 2 year old daughters) and the one bed apartment was excellent - a kitchenette area with a microwave and fridge was a real added bonus for us. I definitely recommend a pool view - the balcony was a suntrap but it was noisier in the evenings due to the entertainment and stage (luckily it didn’t bother us as our kids are deep sleepers!). Mosquitoes weren’t an issue for us but we did take deterrent bracelets as id read previous reviews. The hotel wristbands with the room key fob is a great idea - there was no panic about locking the key card inside and our 8 year old felt super grown up letting us in the room! The hotel was clean, the staff were so helpful and lovely (special shout out to Monika who made fantastic cocktails at lightning speed!) and the entertainment was great, even though it was nearly the end of the season. We had a brilliant stay, great weather and would recommend to anyone looking for an Autumn break.

The hotel is generally good and being out of season, not too busy. My main complaint would be that we paid extra for a lake view. However we overlook the tennis courts with lessons all day long, with a kids bouncy castle beneath (kids screaming till 10pm some nights), plus skips being filled with end of season furniture! If we looked to the side, yes there is the gorgeous lake, but a side view is not what I paid for. I asked on arrival for a better lake view and quieter room, yet supposedly nothing better was available, despite the hotel not being full. On a positive point, yes there are mosquitoes and some splatters of them on the walls, but it's not bad considering we're by a lake. The room was cleaned well and the staff are all lovely. Entertainment is okay but limited, we were seeking a low season quiet getaway so not an issue for us. The public bus service is really convenient to the old town and harbour, plus you can walk to a beautiful but fairly busy beach in a few minutes with super clear water. Overall a good holiday for the money, just a shame about the view and noise below.

Just checked into this gorgeous hotel, rooms are stunning and spotless. The team are so friendly and helpful! Great location on the beautiful lake and 3 mins from the sandy beach. It's my mums birthday and they helped me surprise her with cava and cake and even placed a bottle of cava in the room with a lovely letter. Now just checking out, the food was fantastic and we just had a cold breakfast before our early flight home. Excellent entertainment and tasty drinks at a good price. Day 2 we got a courtesy call to check we are all happy. They really go above and beyond. Reception were very helpful showing us local bus routes and they are so convenient to use and the first night they called us a taxi which arrived in 5 minutes. Rooms are spotless and all public areas are clean including toilets. Beautiful hotel, great location, friendly and helpful staff, tasty fresh food and drinks. Safe to say we had a ball and will be back!
