Royal Palms Beach Hotel

Very relaxing and my kids enjoyed the hotel facilities

The stay was very pleasent especially because of Lahiru, who works as an animator in that hotel. He does lots of things there, but i strongly suggest visting his yoga session. He was amazing, it wasn't hard and at the same time he made it much more meaningful than just excercise. I think he healed my soul a little bit. He also does water aerobic and even though I am not a fan of this kind of activity he made it fun. I think any hotel should be happy to have him there because he is always smiling, helping and encouraging to take part in certain activities which really enriches your stay there and make you want to come again. Also this hotel made an amazing decision about hiring Madhusha as a guest consultant because she has a very good approach towards guests and she helps in everything. She is also very kind and wonderful with people. Because of those people and very nice, hardworking staff that welcome you with the biggest smile on their face every time they see you the stay was really extraordinary. Also one thing that I noticed is that everyone is very not problematic and it feels like they really try the hardest to make your trip good. So if you have any complaints about the room or anything, just tell them. Also the view and the rooms are great, but in this place its really the people that share their amazing positive energy with you and make you wanna never leave.

Beautifully located at the beach with palmtrees. You can hear the calming sound of the ocean from every room. There’s a huge pool with a big shallow area, which is great especially for kids. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The food experience is unbelievable: they serve a great variety of tasty Currys and chutneys. But that’s not all: there’s fish, pasta, grilled beef, pork and chicken and every day different salads. There’s something for everyone.

Greatest Customer Service ever! From the entrance the whole staff is so professional and friendly, generous. Staff who serves in buffet area are always welcome any comment whether it’s good or bad they want to improve by listening to critics and want to provide a good service. Another Interesting thing is When you park your vehicle they use to wash it and keep♥️ which is an additional service I guess. Good food and great hotel will be back soon again ✨ visited ( 29th - 30th August / from Rooms 131 & 132.
