Banyan Tree Bangkok

Restaurant outlook is overall good and have nice atmospherr. Line function is good and make restaurant is bigger than ever. For food, seafood is good but beef is not good quality because it’s too stiff, not tender. One more, like to more thai dessert and more variety of cake. For soft drink inclded in buffet, is good idea

We’ve had the most amazing stay at Banyan Tree. This place is definitely 5 star with beautiful rooms, comfy atmosphere and food that is so delicious. But what sets Banyan Tree apart is their staff. This stay we’ve been so well looked after by so many wonderful people, Anny at Romsai everyday for breakfast. Mr Wat and the team at concierge, and all the beautiful people helping us along the way at level 19. Thank you all so much for an incredible time in Bangkok, we will see you all again.

This is our second visit in a year and another fantastic stay at the hotel, this time for 14 days, the staff throughout the hotel are all exceptional, friendly and always willing to assist or offer ideas for extra places to see and things to do, The in house spa service was amazing and so very relaxing mixed with fabulous treatment options. We also attended the hotel cooking class and what an amazing experience this was, to be able to cook our selected Thai dishes from start to finish and then eat the meals all whilst engaging with the kitchen staff and head chef throughout the whole experience this is a must for any guest. We also managed to be on site as the fish and turtles were being reintroduced to the pond and was invited to participate with this.
