Nisa was great with preparing my room and grace hospitality was amazing

We stayed for 2 nights Aug 2-4 it was exactly what we were looking for. Close to the shopping mall. The girls and I got manicures the boys shopped at the mall so the location was great. I booked it for the pool and we loved that it was a super long pool it got great sun during the day. It's a bustling and busy area of Bangkok so be ready for that. The service was great all around. Mr. Wat was especially helpful when we needed to get a Bolt Car service in the morning he helped us call the car and put in the address of our destination which was all in thai. He went above and beyond and that was a great help to us.

We had an amazing experience! The hotel staff provided incredible service—they were so kind and always happy to help. Whatever we asked for, they assisted us with a big smile. It was genuinely such a pleasant experience. The hotel room was stunning and truly lacked nothing. If I could, I would have stayed for a few more days. The hotel has a crazy pool, as well as an amazing gym and spa. Above all, it was simply the service here that made our vacation. A special thanks to Tame for his incredible service!

We stayed in a suite in the 26th floor and the view was stunning. The whole suite was amazing and we enjoyed access to the executive lounge where Immy and the team where super nice hosts! Breakfast was very good as well and the hotel has a great location near Terminal 21 . Very nice roof top bar as well. Absolutely a recommendation for staying in Bangkok!

When we arrived in our room, I discovered this lovely decoration specially prepared to congratulate me on my graduation, along with a beautiful “Congratulations” dessert. Everything was done with so much care, creativity, and kindness. It truly touched me and made this special moment even more memorable. 💕 Thank you so much, Tew, for your wonderful work, your thoughtfulness, and this lovely surprise. I will never forget it!
