Carlton Hotel Bangkok Sukhumvit

Rooms are very nice and comfortable. Service is on the high side . The location is good and close to the subway . They even organise something for my birthday

Excellent hotel, the rooms, food, location and services are all on point. A special thank you to “Khun Art” a member of staff that helped us with some luggage that we left behind. He arranged for the luggage to be delivered to our new hotel over 3 hours away. Excellent costumer service.,

Excellent Hotel as expected. Everyone very helpful. Nuam at the concierge desk was especially helpful for me with business matters. But everyone excellent from the front desk to the restaurant to the club level.

Let's be frank this is a functional city hotel...you pay for what you get. Clean, efficient, nice rooms and grey, very grey...the sort of clinical dull muted colours that were popular about 20 years ago. One thing shone out - and that was the gentleman by the lift who welcomed us down to breakfast (in a grey room) and was delightfully helpful upon our departure - smiling, enthusiastic service.

Nisa was great with preparing my room and grace hospitality was amazing
