Celebrating a milestone birthday is always special, and for my 50th, my family wanted to make sure I had an unforgettable experience. Choosing to spend the week leading up to my birthday at the Carlton Hotel in Bangkok was absolutely the right decision. The location was perfect! It gave us easy access to attractions, shopping, dining, and the vibrant food markets, while still allowing us the freedom to explore on our own. The atmosphere of the hotel was incredible, and the room exceeded every expectation: spacious, modern, spotless, and genuinely welcoming. It was exceptional value for money. What truly made the stay memorable, however, was the staff. They were warm, friendly, and consistently provided outstanding service, anticipating our needs before we even voiced them. I was especially touched by the surprise birthday amenity and the beautiful birthday card- such a thoughtful gesture that meant a lot. Thank you, Carlton Hotel Bangkok, for making my milestone birthday trip so memorable and special. I could not have asked for a better experience.

This was my second stay at this hotel and I love it! All the staff are so friendly and accommodating from start to finish. The rooms are immaculate, spacious, and modern. The breakfast is a spectacular experience with a wide variety to suit all tastes and preferences. Also, the hotel is well situated and within walking distance to several restaurants, malls, and public transport links.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Carlton Hotel Bangkok Sukhumvit. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable and well maintained, and everything is thoughtfully organized. What truly made our stay special, however, was the staff. Everyone we met was welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. The team in the Club Lounge went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The breakfast experience was exceptionally well organized, with an impressive selection of high-quality food that had everything you could wish for. The breakfast staff managed everything with remarkable efficiency while remaining warm, attentive, and friendly at all times. The lobby staff were always helpful and welcoming, and the housekeeping team kept our room spotless throughout our stay. It is the people who make this hotel stand out. Their kindness, friendliness, and dedication turned a great hotel into a truly memorable experience. Thank you to everyone at Carlton Hotel for making our stay such a pleasure. Carlton hotel is great! Facilities are new. All of the staff are very helpful, friendly and attentive! One of the door men, Ball. Was very helpful with luggage. Would stay here again!

I had the best experience at this hotel for the second year in a row. They were very welcoming and accommodating! They even decorated our bed to welcome us here as I was celebrating my birthday. The staff had excellent customer service and the breakfast was amazing. Their pool was also very relaxing and very enjoyable after a long day of shopping. The room itself was spacious, clean and had everything you needed. The view was also so beautiful from our room. It is also close by to a 7/11, Emsphere and the bts. I will definitely be coming back.
