The Spa treatment at Centara is fantastic, and a must go whenever I am in the area. Have to call out the service from Sauwaluck and Mook at the reception - always super friendly and helpful. Right from the start relaxing and they both set the bar high.

Dear TripAdvisor, Returning once again to our favourite country — Thailand 🇹🇭 And staying once again at our favourite hotel — Centara Grand at Central Plaza Ladprao Bangkok Over the years, my wife and I have visited Bangkok, Thailand, many times. However, we have never experienced such unusual weather conditions, which resulted in severe flooding in many areas and widespread disruption to traffic. We pray that God will watch over Thailand and its people, and that everyone will remain safe and well during this difficult period. 25th–29th September 2026 was the period of our stay at this hotel. Due to the severe flooding, the hotel’s main elevators were completely out of service, making it impossible for guests to use the main elevators. Naturally, this created considerable inconvenience for everyone. However, in the midst of the heavy rain, flooding and unexpected difficulties, my wife and I witnessed something that deeply touched our hearts: In the midst of the storm, we saw the unity and teamwork of the entire hotel staff. When the guest elevators were out of service, the Front Office team, Security team, Engineers and other staff members worked together around the clock. They remained calm in a difficult situation, maintained good order, worked closely as a team, and did everything they could to solve the problems and meet the needs of the guests. They did not panic or complain. Instead, they supported one another and faced the difficulties together. We were truly touched and deeply impressed. To every member of the team: Thank you for your hard work. I had a pleasant stay at Centara Grand at Central Plaza Ladprao Bangkok. The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout my stay. The location was also convenient, especially with Central Ladprao shopping mall right next to the hotel. As a Muslim traveller, I also appreciated the availability of halal food options (breakfast buffet), which made dining much easier and more comfortable. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with excellent hospitality and convenient facilities.
