The two ladies from “The Club”, Khun Fah and Khun Saipan are very gracious in discharging their duties. They are very dedicated, efficient and always serving their clients with charming smiles.

We stayed here again for our 3rd time and we are always pleased with the food and the service. Unfortunately we are here now in July with the low season and not so much people here and maybe thats why not so many dessert when the sweet before sleeps are. Overall we are pleased and will come back again to this place in november again. Special thanks to Fah for great service and always smiling 🙏

I and my colleague had an amazing stay at Centara Grand at Central Plaza Ladprao Bangkok! The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and in a perfect location with easy access to shopping malls, transportation and local markets, which made getting around so convenient. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. The food was also delicious, with plenty of great options to enjoy. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bangkok!
