Montien Hotel Surawong Bangkok

Amazing hotel with lovely staff and service. Excellent location, just a short walk from essentials. Tikk provided us excellent service for our entire stay, ensuring we were getting in the correct taxis, giving advice, and genuinely making us feel very comfortable and making us smile. I definitely recommend the Montien as a fantastic place to stay.

Hotel was amazing. Staff are lovely and my man Tikk always put a smile on my face when he was at the entrance. Never met someone who can just light up your day with a smile. Rooms were lovely and clean, staff were really accommodating on requests.

Hotel was beautiful! Rooms are comfortable, food is excellent and pool and gym are great. The best part was the staff! They are all so very lovely particularly Tikk at the front door! Guy was always super sweet and extremely helpful! Tikk made our trip and looking forward to seeing his happy face again!

It was a pleasant stay. Room is clean, spacious and cold (we like it!), bathroom is also very clean. I have no problems during check-in and out. Staffs are friendly and helpful especially Cheerful Mr TIKK, Good-looking BANK, Politeful NUM, Funny MAI, Gorgeous FAH and not forgetting the bellboy that handle my luggages. I definitely will come back and stay here in the future... Thank you Bangkok and Montien Hotel Surawong for the wonderful moments. Thanks for the ironing set as well. Two thumbs up. Stayed 4 nights. The rooms have excellent sound proof windows. Although facing a busy street, we did not hear the traffic. Comfortable room. Friendly staff.
