Oriental Residence Bangkok

Everything about our stay at this hotel was 10/10. Being my third stay at this hotel in Bangkok, the property has never disappointed us in any way. Special thanks to Jee & Mind for top class hospitality for our stay. Highly Recommend.

My review is more about the "residence" aspect as I am not a tourist (I live in Bangkok). The staff were all exceptional! Very professional and attentive, yet still friendly and approachable. Our 1-bedroom corner unit was a bit small for a long-stay but had a beautiful view and was very quiet. Furnishings are comfortable (wonderful bed!). Location is in a leafy, pleasant area. The nearest grocery store and a few restaurants are across the street in a small mall - but crossing is a bit dangerous due to no signal lights. BTS and bigger malls are a 15-20 minute walk. I would like to offer positive feedback for the Executive Lounge concept and staff. However, I was not impressed with "Cafe Claude," as the environment was noisy and rude guess behavior was not discouraged. (Children using hands to touch buffet food, loud guests using speakerphones, etc). Cafe breakfast has a very limited cold item buffet and a large choice of a la carte items. However staff was emphatic that guests are limited to two items from the menu. I avoid buffets in general, so I would MUCH prefer an Executive Lounge breakfast option for executive-level guests. But I had a lovely stay and recommend them for s short stay.

Great location just few stop to neither Siam station or Asok station. Perfect hotel service. Good Breakfast.
