Tower Club at Lebua

This was my first time in Thailand, have heard lots of good things about this particular hotel and it was highly recommended my friends and family, I must say the experience was phenomenal from the point of checking in, our flight arrived early in the morning and the check in wasn’t available till 2pm but the front staff specifically Saiparn made it work for us somehow and got us checked in earlier, very happy with the hospitality thank you to the whole team 🙏

The most hospitable 5 stars resort that makes you want to come back again and again. Outstanding facilities, impeccable service and excellent customer care.

We had a wonderful welcome at the hotel. Saiparn at the reception was exceptionally friendly, attentive and helpful. We were even able to check into our room earlier than expected, and she took care of everything for us. While we were waiting in the lounge, we were also treated extremely warmly and courteously. Excellent service from start to finish – thank you, Saiparn!
