Barceló Coconut Island Phuket

We had a wonderful stay at the resort. The atmosphere was peaceful and family-friendly, and everything was very clean. All the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Jhun, who was very kind and provided great service. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this resort!

We arrived at the resort about midday on the 18th August 2026 and we stayed about a week. The hotel is on coconut island which is a short ten minute ride from Puket mainland. The views are beautiful and it’s like being on your own tropical island. When we arrived, we were greeted by the manager and a member of staff. As we have two young children the manager said I’m going to upgrade you to a villa with a small pool so it will give you more space, it was a nice gesture and he was correct. We went for the all inclusive package and on the menu it does clearly state what is available and is detailed by red and green stars. There is plenty to choose from beer, wine and soft drinks are included, things like top end whisky and champagne is not which is no surprise and didn’t bother us. The staff are fantastic and will do whatever they can to make your stay enjoyable. The food is cooked from order and is delicious, we can’t fault it at all. It was a wonderful week away and we will certainly be back on day!

A stunning hotel with phenomenal greenery. A well-deserved rest and peace and quiet after the essential excursions to explore the country and experience the kindness of the Thai people. These qualities were reflected in the hotel, particularly in its deep commitment to service and guest satisfaction.
