Burasari Phuket

We had a wonderful stay at Burasari, and what made the experience truly special was the warm and attentive service from the staff. Everyone was polite, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. This afternoon, Mr. DJ from Customer Relations, together with Aoy, a F&B staff, personally delivered our complimentary Pad Thai and afternoon tea for us to enjoy. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made us feel truly appreciated as guests. It’s these small personal touches that make a stay so memorable. Thank you to the entire Burasari team for making our holiday such a relaxing, pleasant, and enjoyable experience. ❤️ We would definitely be happy to return!

The team at Burasari is amazing! Every team member tried their best to ensure that we had a great time and were well taken care off!! The F&B manager not only is a great professional but also plays the guitar and surprised my sister with a birthday song at b/fast! The front desk team goes above and beyond and enjoys themselves doing their job ( Boy , Smile, Fern, Heidi, Nan, Auto, Tata ) and that’s a testament to the great management that keeps them happy so they pay it forward to their guests. Thank you also for the sweet suprise of the towel arrangement for the b’day. HK lady, Ple was so efficient and had great attention to details. All in all we are definitely coming back and bringing more of family with us. Ps; don’t forget to visit the spa and the restaurant for a meal ..

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Burasari Phuket Resort. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything exceeded our expectations. The resort itself is beautiful, with a tropical atmosphere, stunning pools, comfortable rooms, and an excellent location just a short walk from Patong Beach while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options every morning. What truly made our stay special was the exceptional service provided by the staff. A special thank you goes to Auto, Jay, and Roon, who were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. They made us feel genuinely welcome and went above and beyond to ensure we had the best possible experience. Their kindness and attention to detail made a lasting impression on us. Every member of the team contributed to creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, but Auto, Jay, and Roon truly stood out for their outstanding hospitality. We have stayed in many hotels during our travels, and Burasari Phuket Resort is definitely one of the most memorable. We would highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Phuket and we would gladly return in the future. Thank you, Burasari, for an amazing holiday and unforgettable memories!
