Crest Resort & Pool Villas

The staff at Crest Resort & Pool Villas were truly lovely — warm, attentive, and consistently kind. The rooms were also beautiful and well maintained, which made the stay feel comfortable from the start. Unfortunately, the dining experience did not match the quality of the service or the rooms. Lunchtime meals were the best the resort offered, but breakfast and dinner were memorable for all the wrong reasons. The food simply wasn’t good, and after a few attempts, it became clear that the kitchen struggled with consistency and flavor. It’s a shame because the resort itself has so much potential, but the dining experience played a major role in shaping the stay, and it missed the mark.

The hotel is located at the top of the mountain. The view from above is simply magnificent. Additionally, It’s close to everything, there’s 7 eleven right across the street, an exchange shop and some restaurants. In terms of rooms: Spacious, clean, view is unmatched! Activities: The hotel itself provides some activities including a swimming pool, table tennis, thai marshal arts classes and so on. Not to mention it’s super close to Patong beach where there are all the other activities. Food: The restaurant provides a decent variety of food, drinks & desserts. Not to mention a pool bar. Once a week they host a steak night which is also a great vibe. Safety: It is safe, no hazards, no risks and the hotel is monitored with security cameras & guards 24/7 Staff: The staff make the stay super comforting and pleasant. They are all nice, polite, and ready to help with a smile. One of the staff really stands out, her name is Aya, at the front desk in the lobby.

We spent 8 nights here at the Crest Resort and Pool Villas. We found the staff to be friendly and accommodating. The amenities clean and tidy. There was plenty of choices for eating and drinking in the complex. Checking in was a breeze with a welcome drink and cold towel to refresh yourself after travelling. There is a shuttle bus that leaves the resort every 2 hours from 11am to Patong beach and returns but getting a taxi or a grab is way as well. Tours can be booked through the resort with knowledgeable staff. The view from the room balcony is magnificent and from the pool as well. You can look over the mountains and the sea. We have already booked to return next year.

The staff in the gym were sweet and the facility is nice and clean.
