If I could give 6 stars I would this hotel is amazing

Absolutely wonderful family stay at JW Marriott Khao Lak - one of those resorts that genuinely gets everything right. The property is gorgeous & exceptionally well maintained. Our room was beautiful and spacious, with the facilities being outstanding. There is so much for children to enjoy, including football, dedicated kids’ pools and plenty of activities, thoughtfully located away from the main pool areas. The food was another highlight. The quality across the restaurants was excellent -genuinely high-quality dining rather than standard resort fare, with plenty of choice. The beach is also beautiful, peaceful and incredibly clean, perfect for long walks and watching the sunset. Lots of pool options also. The staff were all super friendly and the service exceptional. What impressed us most was how successfully the resort combines being exceptionally family-friendly with feeling luxurious and relaxing. We would very happily return and highly recommend it, particularly for families looking for a luxury beach holiday.

We stayed at the hotel for five days and enjoyed every single moment. We booked an overwater room, and the experience was simply magical — waking up above the water every morning is a feeling that's hard to describe. The resort is huge and pampering, with so much to offer — pools, restaurants, a stunning beach, and a beautiful tropical garden where you can ride bikes among the greenery. Honestly, we left feeling that five days weren't enough to take advantage of everything the hotel has to offer. One thing we especially want to highlight: if you eat gluten-free, this place is heaven. There's a huge selection of gluten-free options, including real, delicious pizzas and pastas — something rare even at hotels of this level. The staff took it seriously and with genuine care. The service throughout the hotel was incredibly kind and professional, but a special thank you goes to Partha from the team — his kindness, smile, and willingness to help with anything made our stay even more special. Highly recommended! We would happily come back.

An absolutely wonderful holiday at the JW Marriot whilst in Thailand. The hospitality (first class), food (exceptional) and overall amenities within the hotel were on point. As a family holiday there was something for everyone and the pool snaking its way around the hotel was such a cool addition to the feel and atmosphere of the hotel. Definitely a recommendation we have no hesitation in making. Enjoy the JW!
