Khao Lak Emerald Beach Resort & Spa

Khaolak Emerald Beach Resort & Spa is a beautiful beachfront resort in a peaceful area of Khao Lak, surrounded by nature and the Andaman Sea. I stayed in the 45-square-meter Deluxe Pool Access room, which was one of the highlights of my stay. Being able to step directly from the room into the pool made it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The resort offers several swimming pools, including a beachfront pool, Taonga Pool, and the HIVE Pool for Pool Access rooms. There are also plenty of facilities such as a Kids Club, Fitness Center, Game Room, kayaking, paddle boarding, and Cottara Spa. I especially enjoyed spending time at Taonga Café & Bar by the beach, particularly during the afternoon and Golden Hour. The atmosphere was peaceful and perfect for slowing down. Overall, Khaolak Emerald is a great choice for anyone looking for a relaxing beachfront stay with beautiful surroundings, good facilities, and a laid-back atmosphere.

This resort is wonderful. Lovely modern rooms, great pools and beach. Small village outside with everything you need - restaurants, massage, laundry, market etc. Staff were all amazing but special mention to John & NaN front desk and Dada in restaurant. We will definitely be back.

What can I say? We are visiting this hotel for the fifth year in a row and have always been more than satisfied. The staff are friendly, and the service and rooms are spotless and of high quality. The breakfast is excellent. I once stayed at a 4-star hotel near London Paddington Station; it was about six times the price and a total dump—the breakfast was so bad it was practically inedible. Here, I’ve never had any reason to complain; even last time, when the Briza was suddenly converted into the Emerald (due to renovations), we were delighted with the Briza as well. I can highly recommend it.

I had the pleasure of meeting and be associated with Mook and her team at the the Resort. They all have been kind and helpful to me throughout my stay with them.

We had a lovely stay at Emerald Beach resort. The staff were an absolute credit to the hotel, so friendly, helpful & polite. We celebrated our birthday here and had such a wonderful surprise. It made for a very special and memorable day. The waterpark was great & we enjoyed the pool by the beach and floating bean bags. The grounds were stunning & it was lovely to see water monitors there. The pool access room was amazing & kids loved kids club & the separate play area in the lobby. We stayed at many different hotels in Thailand and really enjoyed our stay here. Thank you to all the wonderful staff for making it such a pleasant stay. The location was great too, near shops & restaurants - one we really liked was My Thai restaurant which had a play area for little ones & was just a short walk from the hotel.
