Novotel Phuket Kamala Beach

The location of Novotel Phuket Kamala Beach is excellent, with a beautiful beachfront setting and easy access to the beach. However, my overall experience was mixed. Unfortunately, the food quality was disappointing. The pineapple fried rice was extremely salty, the chicken tasted raw and unpleasant, and the papaya salad was very poor. The garlic was not properly chopped, and I found whole pieces of garlic in the dish. When I complained, I was offered a discount, but I declined and requested better food instead. However, they did not replace the food, and there was no satisfactory resolution to the issue. We also did not receive the complimentary birthday cake because my actual birthday differs from my official date of birth. The hotel was also unable to provide airport transfer because they did not have a suitable car seat for my toddler. Overall, I felt there were too many excuses and that we were not made to feel particularly welcome. I have stayed at other Novotel properties and have never experienced this kind of service. I also hope the hotel can clarify whether there are any issues affecting the experience of Indian guests, as I did not feel particularly comfortable during my stay. I would recommend the hotel mainly for its excellent beachfront location, but I would not expect a high level of food quality or service. One very positive highlight was InterContinental Phuket Resort, which is conveniently accessible from Novotel via the beach. We enjoyed a beautiful sunset there with excellent food and genuinely warm hospitality. Both the food and staff were amazing. I hope Novotel takes this feedback constructively and improves its food quality and guest service.

Simply magnificent. The views are spectacular and the service friendly and always prompt. We had a great time and will come back again.

Our stay at Novotel Kamala Beach has been exceptional. Top and his team have made Our stay certainly one we will never forget. The food is amazing such a great choice excellent menu. From the Roof Top, the Pool Bar and the Soul Resturant one has plenty of choices, one of our best stays. The staff go out of their way to help Always chatty which is wonderful when visiting a new culture. Thankyou Team Top for a memorable stay. We will be back.

First the room had this time, fantastic, stunning beach wave view balconey, great Jazucci and bathroom, only qurky door slam toilet every time put wrong way. Best bed, pillowes aircon had thai for years. I miss the thai friendliness spesially from thai lobby, reception, resturant, beach bar. Understand they tired but still job her, gust. Small manager resturant almost agressiv. Gym perfect
