I would like to thank the hotel staff for their outstanding service especially K.Pinto,the team members at Starbucks and K.Angkor. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Stayed here from 20th June until the 03rd July 2026. Easy and welcoming check in, showed directions to our room, we were upgraded for no charge to a lovely room with a great sea view on the 4th floor, we did request a higher floor. We opted to stay with the all-inclusive package, as been to Thailand before and just wanted to relax, and do things at our own pace this year. We could not fault the al inclusive package, Italian, Japanese, Thai, Steak House, normal buffet restaurants in what we could use every day, so all ways a good choice of food to pick from, my favourite was the Thai, by wife liked the Italian, but overall really good. We used the lobby bar on night times only where there was always a band on th eevening, but used the Rum Shack nearly everyday (unless out of hotel), good choice of Lagers, Wines, Cocktails etc. Within the Rum Shack i would also like to give a big shout to Nina, who we think was superb at her job and customer service, getting to no most people via names and was always giving 150% to her job, she is a big credit to the hotel, i would also like to add Baz, Big, Man & Beer where also a credit to the hotel. The only negative for me was the lack of entertainment, we understand our dates are counted as rainy season (hardly ever rained due the days), but there was nothing offered apart from the same band every night in Lobby bar, think the hotel should look at this, as the hotel was still very busy, and other guests we spoke to stated the same. Overhall great experiance and would return, and recommend to everyone.

We stayed as two family groups in June, and from the moment we arrived the experience was exceptional. Check‑in was smooth, welcoming, and handled with such efficiency that we were able to relax and enjoy the resort straight away. Every area of the resort, from the restaurants and pool bar to the activities team, was consistently friendly, kind, and incredibly accommodating. Staff always greeted us with genuine warmth and were more than happy to assist with anything we needed. The all‑inclusive package was absolutely worth it, and the cocktail‑making in the lounge bar was fantastic, especially on the wet‑weather days when we were looking for something fun to do. The rooms were kept beautifully clean, and the facilities throughout the resort were maintained to a very high standard. We would like to make special mention of Teddy, Beer, Nina, Mook, Sun, and Leo for their outstanding service. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made our stay truly memorable. They each contributed to an experience we will treasure, and we hope to return again in the future to see them. A beautiful resort with incredible staff, such an easy, relaxing place for families to unwind and enjoy time together.
