Excellent vacation experience here in Renaissance. Kids are having so much fun here. Special thanks to resorts' assistants Neea, Sea & Job for full time taking good care of my kids. Strongly recommended and will surely revisit.

The hotel is very good, with quite a large territory, the staff is very attentive and polite, the room was cleaned every day, the food is delicious for every taste.

My kids really enjoy the resort and her favorite place is kids world， many many appreciates to Neena and Ning and the cute bear Yoyo~ They are sooo kind and caring for each kid, my daughter really really spend a very enjoyable time!

Excellent service and good breakfast. Our pool villa is very nice. Super friendly to children especially Neena and Ning of kid’s club. We definitely would like to come back again.
