Sentido Khao Lak Resort

We stayed at Sentido for 10 nights. It’s a fabulous hotel with great amenities. We chose a swim up room and was not disappointed. The room was spotless and had a large waterfall shower with very good pressure. Nice size tv and fridge. Air con very good. Main pool had a bar that opened at noon for alcohol and 10 for soft drinks. Good amount of beds and umbrellas. The other pools such as our swim up have ample beds and umbrellas but no bar. Could have done with someone walking around taking drinks orders as you either have to go to the main pool or beach bar to get a drink. The main restaurant has a very good buffet choice for breakfast and a substantial menu for lunch and dinner both European and Thai. We ate mainly Thai and were never disappointed. The quality and presentation of the food was exceptional. Huge praise has to go to all the staff. Nid in the restaurant has a great memory and always took the time to ask about our day. Everyone says hello to you as you walk by and any questions or problems are answered immediately without fuss. The personal touch makes the holiday special. Too many larger hotels forget this. The grounds are immaculate and the beach is beautiful. Whilst here I had an intensive massage. It was so thorough and the cost was £15 for an hours massage! We do not hesitate to recommend this hotel and the staff.

What can say ! From the moment we arrived with the smiles from the team at reception we knew we came to right hotel ! The room a spacious and has everything you need air con is needed and welcome The room is cleaned and bed linen changed regular by our great maid Hatairat num sunothikul who kept is clean and fresh for our return The food once again was amazing with everything covered by a great menu ! Local food served which was mind blowing tasty! And the service by the whole team was first class / from whole team you felt special! And I love the table service too ! No buffet for lunch or dinner ! Will I return yes we will ! A great holiday in a beautiful place . And beautiful team thanks to you all ! A credit to your company

Love the hotel Jieb was super helpful. She helped my boyfriend sending me flowers Ahahaa All the staff from the entertainment center are nice and kind. Forgot all the names ! But people in the fitness center and the beach 10/10 ⭐️ Rooms super comfy Beach is beautiful Everything is clean. Congrats for that Beautiful sunsets !

Me and my boyfriend stayed in this hotel for 7 nights in the middle of December and over Christmas. We stayed in a bungalow facing the main pool and i absolutely loved the location as everything was close - breakfast area, the sea, and the pool. The only thing a bit further was towel exchange, we had to walk around the resort a bit to get there. The room had an independent A/C unit which is a huge compared to my experience with central A/C systems in other hotels. This hotel is perfect for a beach holiday. The sea is warm, the sand incredibly soft and the beach itself clean and gorgeous. Huge plus is that sunbeds in Thailand cannot be placed on the public beach, which means the view of the beach stretching out into the distance is undisturbed and gorgeous. The pool is big enough for all the guests as well but as Christmas got closer, it was obvious that the hotel was getting fuller. I did not register any sunbed reservations, there were always plenty of sunbeds by the pool but beachside sunbeds were pretty scarce and were available again around 3 pm. The resort is surprisingly quiet and peaceful, given its size. Breakfast around 9 was a crowded affair, if you're a morning person, arriving to breakfast earlier is definitely an advantage. Breakfast itself was great, the egg bar with freshly prepared eggs in particular. The variety was huge and I would be happy to breakfast there for two weeks as i feel i wouldn't get bored of the selection. For lunch and dinner, we ventured out of the resort to local restaurants, several are within walking distance. The hotel is cashless, you just sign a check and then can pay by card when you check out. The reception is very helpful. One day we arrived back to our room around 11 pm and the AC started dripping water. I called the reception and 15 minutes from the moment I raised the receiver, the AC was fixed and they even brought us fresh towels that we used to catch the flood that was leaking from the unit. When we were flying home, the flight was very late, just 10 minutes before midnight. That meant we spent the whole day at the hotel pool while we stored our luggage in their storage room and at 7pm, before we were set to leave, they loaned us towels so we could shower. In the lobby area there was a flavored water that we could drink while waiting for our taxi. If you don't like lizards, this place isn't for you. On the other hand, if you do, this is an amazing place to meet all kinds. We were lucky enough to see a big monitor lizard on his way to another part of the resort. I would definitely return again.
