The ShellSea Krabi

Fantastic stay at The ShellSea Krabi! We had such a lovely stay here. The Garden Suite with the swim-up pool was beautiful, really comfortable and had everything we needed. The amenities in the room were also excellent. The location was great too. The free shuttle into town was really convenient, and taxis from the hotel to the local attractions were very reasonably priced. The hotel has such a peaceful, relaxed atmosphere, which is exactly what you want from a boutique hotel. We also made great use of the free bikes and enjoyed cycling into the nearby town. But honestly, what made this hotel special for us was the staff. They were absolutely outstanding. So friendly, welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. They genuinely went out of their way to make sure we were happy and looked after. Thank you to the whole team at The ShellSea Krabi. You made our stay in Krabi really memorable. We would definitely stay here again!

This resort has a great location in Krabi. The resort has 2 pools, with plenty of sun loungers (some in shade, which is a nice touch). and acess to a private beach. Staff are friendly and very attentive. The room was comfortable with a great view from the balcony. The breakfast was good but had less choice than other resorts that i have stayed at.Overall ,a great place to chill out and relax.

My husband and I had a wonderful ocean view villa w a private pool. The staff were wonderful, nice and accommodating! It was close to fossil shell beach which we walked to which was nice (but we couldn’t walk onto the land as it was roped off for some reason). It was rather remote from the activities but we used Grab to go into town for our eating, massages, dinners and excursions. There is a free shuttle a few time a day we did not use because it was inconvenient to be on their several hour time schedule instead of call when we want a pickup or drop off.

We stayed here for a week before moving on to Phuket, the hotel rooms are very clean and staff very friendly but sadly that’s about the only good I can say about it, there is a very limited selection at breakfast which is displayed in a small room inside the dining area, all what should of been hot food was barely warm and of very poor quality, I must say a big shout out to Jaa the young waitress who was absolutely lovely and very helpful.

We stayed here for 4 days in Jan 2026. From the moment you enter the hotel you are greeted with smiles and the most helpful of staff. Check in was efficient and we had the most lovely girl checking us in and providing us with information. Our room was a garden facing room on the ground floor. The room was spotless with a beautiful bathroom and huge bed. The room was lovely and we had a great sleep. The hotel and the grounds in particular were beautiful. The hotel had its own little beach which was lovely. Breakfast was lovely and plenty of choice. The hotel was spotless and there was always a member of staff cleaning something. Every single member of staff were so polite and engaging always asking how you were and how your day was going. The hotel is quite a bit out of town but we liked this as was so peaceful and local taxi’s were cheap. I am glad we picked this hotel and would thoroughly recommend it to anyone.
