Alhambra Thalasso

I am currently staying at the hotel, the hotel is a bit dated, but we were upgraded to a very lovely room with plenty of space. The all inclusive really is not inclusive as i had to pay for food at the beach. For each towel you have to pay 20 diner diposit and 10 diner for extra room keys, as they only provide one. I have to say every member of staff has been so helpful and professional. I would like to specially thank Hasan at the restaurant always going extra mile to help us, as I am on holiday with my kids and one of whom has disability , he always looked after us. Thank you

Everything was perfect, room large, and clean, food element choice, stuff was nice, polite, willing to help or assist, POOL clean, beach nice as much as sand beach can be. Lot of green place for walking around the hotel or relaxing.

Overall this is a lovely hotel! Staff are lovely and so helpful, our room was spotless with an enormous emperor size bed which was very comfy. Food was faultless, we enjoyed every meal however the drinks left a lot to be desired. Drinks are served in tiny plastic cups and only their local alcohol selection is included in all inclusive which was un drinkable! The beach is fabulous as is the beach bar although bear in mind that food and alcoholic drinks are at an additional cost. The pool area could do with some updating but this didnt effect our enjoyment of our days around the pool. One thing I must make people aware of is the spa. It was my birthday during our stay so my partner treated us to a hydrotherapy massage, hammam bath and full body massage. The lady who did our treatments hardly spoke a word of english so she indicated to me that I needed to untie my halterneck swimsuit which I did. She proceeded to then roll down my swimsuit to my hips exposing my entire chest! I felt very uncomfortable but accepted that maybe that's just how they do it here. After a full body mud mask she then showed me to a shower cubicle where she showered off the mud. She did the same as before and rolled my swimsuit all the way down and washed me everywhere....and I mean everywhere! Without being too graphic she left no crease un rinsed, i was totally taken aback and to be honest I was frozen to the spot as I couldn't quite believe what was happening. My partner had the same experience, she rinsed Inside his swimming trunks whist reaching around down there! We came out of there and said to each other, 'what the hell did we just experience?' We had to find the funny side of it but it truly was a very uncomfortable spa experience and I needed to leave a review to warn any future visitors that you could get more than you bargain for if you book any treatments.

Outstanding staff and service If there's one thing I'd highlight about our stay at the Alhambra Thalasso Hammamet, it's without a doubt the staff. From the moment we arrived until our last day, the entire team treated us with exceptional warmth and kindness. Special mention for Hadil, from Guest Relations: sensational. She was extremely attentive to all our needs, always making sure we had everything we needed, with a helpfulness that we truly appreciated. A real asset to the hotel. The animation team deserves a solid 10: energetic, friendly, and genuinely committed to making sure everyone, kids and adults alike, had a great time at every activity. You can tell they love what they do, and it shows. The waiters were also fantastic: extremely attentive to every detail, always with a smile and ready to help with anything we needed. We'd especially like to highlight Kahlaoui Wael, an exceptional waiter, always attentive to our table and providing outstanding service from start to finish. Overall, the hotel staff — reception, restaurant, animation, guest relations — make you feel truly taken care of at every moment. This is one of those hotels where the human touch truly matches the quality of the facilities. We would definitely come back!

I am currently staying at this hotel I have attempted to contact tui to be moved and had no response. It is advertised as a 5 star and all inclusive. This is completely false advertising. The sunbeds are either plastic or wooden and extremely old and not fit for purpose many people were having issues with them either being completely bolt upright or flat. The cushions on them are dirty and stained. There is a pool side restaurant that has to be paid for along with the beach bar and restaurant which is a little walk away so not somewhere you can go all day if you was expecting the usual all inclusive drinks and food. This is my first visit to the country and it has completely put me off returning if this is the idea of 5 star all inclusive. Tui should be embarrassed to have this in their portfolio.
