Excellent hotel with friendly staff and very comfortable rooms. We went during a quieter season which was really lovely. Located towards the end of resort but can easily walk into the medina in 20 minutes. The indoor swimming pool is so lovely and warm. Would totally recommend!

The hotel was advertised and sold to us via Lastminute.com as a five-star property but in reality it felt closer to a three-star hotel. The food quality was poor and there was constant construction noise on site throughout our stay. While the staff were friendly and polite the condition of the rooms and the food experience left us with a very disappointing overall impression.

Excellent hotel in a great location approximately 20 minute walk to the centre. Less than 5 minute walk to the beach which was lovely. Animation team were excellent especially Lorenzo & Willy who were great fun, Lovely food and plenty of choice, waiters and bar staff were all excellent, restaurant had a lovely relaxing atmosphere outside. Adel kept the pool tidy and ensured all guests were comfortable and had what they needed around the pool nothing was to much trouble Cleaners were brilliant, rooms cleaned everyday with fresh towels. The only downfall was our air conditioning in the room didn't work after reporting 3 times it still wasn't fixed which was disappointing. There was no option of a courtesy room on the last day of check out for a shower although staff did make it possible for us to have a shower somewhere in the hotel on this occasion it would be nice to have a room for future guests to use when travelling home later in the day. Overall a fantastic hotel we look forward to returning. TIP - If you can tip the staff during your stay they work exceptionally hard and appreciate all there tips.

Great experience ! The staff was very welcoming and friendly, the food was delicious, everything was clean and in place. I recommend trying this hotel's vibe, very worth it ! 10/10 would visit again soon !
