I promise you, you will regret booking this hotel. Terrible experience, dirty warm pool. Cockroaches, ants, flies everywhere. Spoke to staff about numerous issues no help provided. I could go on and on

Absolutely awful experience — DO NOT RECOMMEND This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. We paid £6,000 for 4 adults and 5 children for 8 days, expecting an all-inclusive holiday, and instead we felt completely ripped off. The food was terrible, extremely limited and served in tiny portions despite paying for all-inclusive. There was barely anything to eat, and for an entire week we saw the same three types of fruit every single day. This is absolutely unacceptable for an all-inclusive resort. The cleanliness was shocking. Guests were entering the restaurant in wet swimwear, with water dripping all over the floor and dining areas. The restaurant and bar were so dirty that honestly, “disgusting” doesn’t even begin to describe it. The rooms were old, dirty and full of ants. The air conditioning gave off a horrible sewage/drain smell. We stayed for 8 days and our bed linen was never changed. The towels were old, dirty and clearly past their best. The swimming pool was also filthy, with people entering wearing clothes and flip-flops, making the whole area feel unhygienic. Overall, the entire hotel was poorly maintained and extremely dirty. For the amount of money we paid, the standard was completely unacceptable. £6,000 for 4 adults and 5 children and this is what we got. We feel like we paid for the holiday of our dreams and ended up with the scam of our lives. I came home absolutely disgusted and disappointed. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families with children. Save your money and book somewhere else.

Terrible hygiene cleaness rooms bathroom cutlery food all was a disaster only thing kids enjoyed was the slides at the pool even the pool looked foggy some days bear in mind this is a 4+star hotel i would barely give it 2..Day light robbery its scam dont go there

Never again!! This hotel is revolting. I won’t go through each item individually but believe me when I say that what everyone is saying is so true. Avoid at all costs. I have emailed the CEO of on the beach with my complaint, I will be taken legal action if nothing is sorted. This hotel needs closing down and fast.

Where do I even start with this place? From the moment we entered the room, we were shocked by the condition. The bedsheets were absolutely disgusting, the towels were stained and dirty, and the bedroom furniture was old, damaged, and broken. The room was completely different from what we booked. We specifically booked a room with a beach and pool view, but instead, our view was of garbage. The corridors were in terrible condition, with ripped carpets and a horrible smell. The pools were absolutely disgusting, with dirty water, and there was no lifeguard, which was very concerning. The food was also extremely disappointing—cold, tasteless, and with very little variety—and there were extremely long queues just to get food. The restaurant itself was dirty, and some of the glasses were broken, which is completely unacceptable. The cleaning staff were extremely rude and noisy, showing no respect for guests during nap time, while the staff in general were unfriendly and unwelcoming. Overall, this hotel desperately needs major improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, food quality, safety, service, and organization. Definitely one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. Avoid, avoid, avoid!
