Bella Vista Family Resort

Absolutely horrendous, it’s the most dirt disgusting place I’ve ever stayed! This holiday was not cheap for us and it is definitely not 4 star, it would be 2 star at a push! The air con doesn’t work. The food is disgusting you spend more money dining out. The water is unclean. The lifeguards sit and smoke all day and beg for drinks from tourists, yeh that’s safe drunk lifeguards! Trying to get a plate is like the hunger games! Then of staff get you a plate god forbid they ask you for money! There was food everywhere in the corridors, there were cockroaches. The children constantly got hurt from lose pool tiles. You have to queue for over an hour just for a donut! The kept running out of soft drinks, ice and water! You’re constantly asked to leave a good review while you’re there! The entertainment is the same songs on repeat every night! The WiFi only works in the lobby. The tvs are from the 80s and don’t even work. You’re lucky if you get one clean towel a day between a family of 4, even after you ask for more. The staff continuously shout at guests. I tried to be optimistic and enjoy myself for the sake of my children but I literally cried most days. I have never experienced anything so horrendous, I didn’t expect luxury but I expected the basics! The food is not catered to children, we were told to ask for chips then got shouted at for asking for them and told we could not have them! Worst holiday I have ever been on!

WiFi is only in reception People have had no water all week in some rooms Some people had Dirty water in their rooms Food is the same everyday Rooms are like paper when it comes to entertainment till 11pm Pools are dirty and tiles are cracked Floors are slippy Alcohol is like paint stripper Aircon barely works Pools have dirty water Slides are off for 4 hours of the day Carpet in the room halls are coming up and ripped Staff smoke in the halls of the rooms Queues a mile long for food Breakfast is basic No knives and forks, no plates

Where do you start with this place.. Absolutely disgusting hotel. Arrived at just gone midnight.. Reception area in darkness. Locals lying down on the sofas in reception area on phones. Refused drinks or any food on arrival. Entered room.. Sheets on beds absolutely disgusting & stained, full of hairs. Air con did not work, Ripped curtains. Bedroom furniture old & broken. Bathroom was big. Difficult to have shower as water pressure is very low especially between 4.30 - 6pm. Totally different rooms as when you book. No flat screen TV as stated when booking. TV from 1980s. Never seen a hotel restaurant like it ever!! Carnage & totally stressful. Food was disgusting, cold, no flavour, bland, same foods in several stations around the restaurant. First 2 days on 2 occasions chicken was raw in the middle. No choice of food at all. The rest of our holiday we got a taxi to a restaurant about 8 miles away every night. It was called The Captain.. Amazing food & the staff were Fantastic. Around the hotel was just dirty, Bins over flowing, Smashed glasses on tables. The outside toilets were disgusting. The lifts to the upper floors were filthy. The Carpets on the landings looked like they had never been hoovered. Pool was full off hairs. Pool bar was filthy & hundreds of flys. Always running out of glasses. This hotel is at best a 2 Star If you have booked to go here Please change it to another hotel, Do some proper research.

This was by far my favourite holiday. The animation team have the best games, program and attitude. The are funny, helpful and awesome with guests. The food is good, drinks are delicious and extreme plus is food at the outside bar. The staff here really cares about their guests and because of that, staying in this hotel is extreme pleasure. I would recommend it for guest who like to have fun because in this hotel there is never a dull moment. :) Love from Czechia

I like it here. Animation team and staff is perfect. Especially Rita from animation team. My daughter love her. Beach is nice, but there are jellyfishs. Pool is good, but in afternoon not so clean. Long lines for snacks and drinks.
