The hotel was amazing! Everything was great, the atmosphere was lovely, and the animators were super nice, friendly and full of energy. They made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this hotel!

We had a fantastic stay at Concorde Green Park and, after reading some mixed reviews before booking, I have to say we were so glad we chose this hotel From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel very welcome. We arrived early at around 10am and our rooms understandably weren’t ready yet, but the porter was fantastic and immediately helped with our suitcases. We were invited to enjoy the late breakfast while we waited, which was a great start to the holiday A special mention has to go to **Haroon**, the hotel manager, who is a genuinely lovely man.He went above and beyond to get our rooms ready as quickly as possible and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay Our two rooms were fantastic, very large, clean and comfortable, with air conditioning, ceiling fans and large balconies. The bathrooms were also spacious and clean The **food was a real highlight** Lunch by the pool was excellent, with fresh fish and chicken, great salads, pizza and plenty of fresh options.Breakfast had a huge selection, including fresh juices, breads, eggs and plenty of Tunisian dishes.If you are expecting a traditional full English breakfast, you may be disappointed, but personally we really enjoyed the variety and trying the local food. The **pool is huge and fantastic**, and the animation team work incredibly hard. There was something going on throughout the day, from football and water polo to water exercises. The beach was also lovely and clear For activities, we booked through **Captain Jack**, who offered great value and made everything feel safe and well organised. The quad biking was excellent, and the water sports were incredibly good value too. Even the jet skis were around £20, which was brilliant. I also want to give a **special mention to Waseem and Omar**, our waiters at breakfast and dinner.They genuinely went above and beyond every day, always friendly, attentive and hardworking. They never expected a tip, but after seeing how hard they worked, we were more than happy to give one.They really helped make our holiday special The evening entertainment was mixed, but the animation team clearly work extremely hard and there was always something to do. If I had one small suggestion, it would be to put an **iron in the rooms**, but honestly, that is a very minor point and certainly did not affect our holiday Overall, we absolutely loved our stay.Tunisia is clearly working hard to bring tourism back and we felt the hotel and its staff were doing a fantastic job. Do not be put off by some of the mixed reviews. We were worried before coming, but we are so glad we booked. **Would we come back?
