Concorde Green Park Palace

We had a wonderful stay at Green Park Palace and truly enjoyed our holiday. The hotel is beautiful, spacious and very well located, right next to the beach. The swimming pool is amazing and the whole resort has a lovely, relaxing atmosphere. Our room was comfortable, clean and spacious, and the food was varied and delicious. There was always something tasty to choose from. What really made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming and helpful, and we always felt well looked after. The animation team also did a fantastic job and created a great atmosphere throughout our stay. Thank you to the whole Green Park Palace team for making our holiday so enjoyable and memorable. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back again! ❤️🌴☀️

I'm currently coming to the end of a week's stay with my family, and have to say the customer service is very poor. Every time something goes wrong you have to go to reception (because the phone in the room is broken) to report it. They write it in a book but nothing happens so you have to go back time and time again. E.g. air conditioning not working, no towels in the bathroom, door lock broken. Most of the reception staff are rude and disinterested, never smile, and just want to get rid of you as soon as possible. The waiting staff also don't seem bothered - you have to ask for a drink on average at least 3 times before it arrives, usually after you have finished eating. We have had to set our alarm at sunrise every morning to get a sun bed - they are all gone by 7am. I'm going home tired and disappointed! Not impressed.

The food was delicious, with plenty of choices, and the atmosphere was really relaxing. The location is also great, with a beautiful beach and nice surroundings. Everything made the stay enjoyable and comfortable. I would definitely recommend Green Park Palace to anyone ❤️

Just spent a week with my husband and 2 young daughters (2+6) great food lots of variety (we only visited the main dining room ) staff very very friendly, tips go along way. always had tables ready for us and table service! We had a family room with sea/pool room and was very spacious and clean. Only negative is that the hotel needed a few upgrades - re decorating painting/ carpets/ room maintenance ie holes in the wall from tv change. Cracks in ceiling . But all in all we had a great holiday and would return
