Great experience, entertainment was great and staff were really friendly apart from sam and bibou and simba and clode jokes they where amazing

We spent two weeks at Concorde Green Park Palace and overall we had a positive stay, although there are definitely several areas that need improvement. Our overall rating would be around 3.5/5. The hotel itself is huge and visually impressive. The beautiful architecture with its distinctive blue domes, grand entrance, spacious interiors and excellent location all create a very good impression. The biggest highlight is the enormous swimming pool, which looks fantastic. The water was warm and relaxing by the pool was very enjoyable. Unfortunately, as in many large resorts, there was a daily rush for the best sunbeds, so guests had to reserve places early in the morning. The biggest disappointment was the beach. We had visited Tunisia before and remembered beautiful beaches with light-coloured sand, so we were very disappointed here. The beach was clearly neglected, often covered with seaweed and other debris, while many sunbeds were dirty, broken and in very poor condition. For a hotel advertised as five-star, this really should be improved. The beginning of our stay was also disappointing because of problems with the air conditioning. Unfortunately, the reception staff were not particularly helpful or friendly at that time, which created a poor first impression. The food, however, was very good. It was tasty, varied and available in a huge selection. Of course, some dishes were repeated, but with so many choices, everyone could easily find something they enjoyed. Unfortunately, the entertainment was very poor and far below what we would expect from a large 5-star hotel. The evening shows were not very interesting, and the person leading the entertainment came across as unfriendly and arrogant. Some of the poolside service also seemed overly focused on receiving tips, which occasionally created an uncomfortable atmosphere. A very special thank you must go to our waiter, Missaoui. He is an extremely kind, friendly and professional person who genuinely made our stay much more enjoyable. We could always rely on him, he served us with a smile and great attention, and our table always looked beautiful. Missaoui was without doubt one of the highlights of our holiday, and we are very grateful to him. Overall, this is a beautiful and impressive hotel with a fantastic swimming pool, very good food and an excellent location. However, the beach, entertainment and attitude of some staff members need significant improvement. The hotel looks wonderful, but in our opinion it does not fully meet a true five-star standard.

I booked this hotel as a package deal through TUI. The Seaview room up stairs with a balcony it what was paid for was but not available upon arrival. We waited until 15:30 for our rooms to be allocated. The male reception staff were rude and dismissive. They kept telling me that they were fully booked so could not change my room although acknowledging the room allocated wasn't what I'd paid for. There were no tea and coffee making facilities. The air conditioning temperature couldn't be adjusted and was very noisy and the toiletries were partially used. There were lumps of dust that had been swept from the room out in the corridor and left outside the door which was not vacuum cleaned for at least 3 days. The room was not cleaned properly. The glasses in the bathroom still had toothpaste mouth marks from the previous guest. The balcony was covered in bits of food and cake crumbs.. The room was on the ground floor directly opposite the entertainment centre so it was noisy up to 12 midnight every evening. After explaining the situation with the Tui representative who helped raise a complaint via the TUI app, miraculously after the 3rd night of a 7 night stay my room was changed to one with the facilities and view that I'd paid for. Nourddin the rep was very supportive in helping to rectify the situation. However, by that time I'd lost half my holiday because of the hotels inefficiencies and lack of consideration. The 2nd room finally allocated was much clearer. Latifah on 4th floor did a very good job! The younger female receptionist made a point of checking to see if everything was OK once I'd moved rooms. The restaurant had food contamination issues - not enough serving spoons at the buffet. Guests were using the same spoons for different dishes and not all the dishes were labelled. The waiter's were slow to clear tables. Some were piled high with dirty dishes. Whilsttryingto find a clean table . However, the older gentleman, (Ahmed, I think) with the bad leg managed to clear and set the tables swiftly and professionally. He was polite and charming and was always ready to take the drink order as soon as we were seated. Thamer was also helpful! The restaurant manager would come running in every so often and scream at his staff waving his hands around in front of guests. Very unprofessional! The chefs who were cooking some of the dishes would eat food with their hands in front of customers whilst preparing the food and not washing their hands in between. The animation, pool and beach staff were friendly and enthusiastic. The hotel has potential but there is an overall lack of professionalism, customer service throughout and disregard for general standards. A change of senior management might improve the situation. Not somewhere I would recommend for a quality experience.

A huge disappointment – definitely not a 5-star hotel We chose this hotel based on its high ratings and had high expectations, but the reality was completely different. From the moment we arrived, we were met with a rude and unprofessional attitude at reception, had to wait much longer than expected to check in, and were given no basic information about the hotel or its services. Our room was not properly cleaned upon arrival. The floor was dirty, the curtains were stained, one of the chairs had mold on it, there were cigarette butts on the balcony, the toilet brush was dirty, there were no duvets on the bed, and the sink barely drained. Despite being promised a deep clean, the condition of the room did not improve during our stay. The biggest disappointment was the attitude of the staff. Most employees seemed uninterested and unfriendly, waiters often ignored guests, drinks took a long time to arrive, and some staff repeatedly asked for tips. Dirty plates, glasses, and cutlery were a common sight in the restaurant, the food selection hardly changed throughout the week, and finding a free sunbed at the pool or beach was almost impossible unless you reserved one before 5 a.m. We were also very disappointed by the animation team, who repeatedly encouraged us to leave a positive Google review. One animator even asked to use my phone and attempted to open the review page himself. After this experience, we seriously question the authenticity of some of the hotel’s positive reviews. We reported most of these issues to both the hotel management and our tour representative during our stay, but little or nothing was done to resolve them. Considering the price we paid, we expected the standard of a genuine 5-star hotel. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this hotel.
