Definitely not a 4-star hotel The beach and pool are absolutely amazing and were definitely the highlights of our stay. The location is beautiful, and the pool and beach areas are very enjoyable. Unfortunately, the rooms were quite dirty and clearly not maintained to the standard you would expect from a 4-star hotel. The food was also very repetitive, with limited variety, especially if you are staying for several days. Overall, while the beach and pool are fantastic, the cleanliness of the rooms, food quality and variety are disappointing. In our opinion, this hotel is definitely not a 4-star hotel and does not meet the standards we would expect from a 4-star property.

The hotel staff are friendly and the food is decent for a all inclusive however the front desk/reception most the staff are rude you call the desk for something they tell you their coming and never show up the ac is horrible it got so bad we had to check out early and go to another hotel which is highly recommend (hotel marhaba beach) When i told the front desk the AC is not working he said i’ll send someone 2 days later nobody had come so we checked out the hotel has a nice pool and the drinks and bar staff are very nice but the pool is very crowded at times especially after lunch so it’s hard to find a sun lounger Overall i’d give the room a 2/5 The pool and bar staff 5/5 the food 3/10 the reception staff 2/10 Drinks 4/10

Ive just come back after a week at Riadh palms and it is not great. Cockroaches in the guest toilets, bar and restaurant. My bed pillow was full of black mould and they refused to change it. Also had to go hunting the maids just to get replacement towels and toilet paper and often got dismissed or refused. When addressing this with customer relations, they said I'd have towels in 10 minutes. 3 hours later I got half the towels I needed. Plus they smelt of smoke and had stains all over them. The staff are somewhat reluctant to give bottles of water and refused to give me 2 bottles when i was a family of 6. Also watched a 'chef' drip sweat over burgers he was making. They dont wash the cups, they dunk it in a sink of water then use it again. Also refuse to give you more than 1 drink, each person including the children needed to go up to the bar themselves. The shower leaks from the floor and floods across the bathroom floor. The air-conditioning did not work. Their website says the city tax can be paid by cash or card. They refused to let me pay by card and tried to get me to buy their currency to pay. Eventually let me pay by card but got very short and abrupt with me. Despite being in peak summer, this was not 24 hour all inclusive as described, 1 bar opened at 9am, the 2nd at 10am. The food huts seemed to just be as and when they wanted to open. Every member of my family all had bad tummy's throughout the week. The only good thing was the entertainment team and a couple of the bar guys. Would definitely not recommend this hotel and will definitely not be returning. The only good thing was some of the bar staff on an evening.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at the Riyadh Palms Hotel in Sousse! The hotel has a great atmosphere, the staff are friendly and welcoming, and the entertainment team was excellent. Special thanks to William for his energy, kindness, and amazing entertainment — he really made our stay more enjoyable! Highly recommended, especially for families and anyone looking for a fun and relaxing holiday. I would definitely come back! 🌴☀️

Very disappointing stay. The food was disgusting and the dining area was dirty, with cockroaches walking around and an unpleasant smell. The staff were not very friendly, although it depended on the person. The air conditioning was very weak and barely worked. Overall, definitely not worth the money and we would not come back.
