In summary: we enjoyed every detail of this resort. We had some choices on table before coming for this summer and fortunately the family voted for this one. Everything was great, better than what I was expecting. The structure of the resort is amazing, really first class. The food also was really good, a lot of variations and options for every taste, starters, main dishes, European and local ones (I specially loved the local ones). There’s open drinks all the day, fresh beers and even non alcoholic cocktails for kids. The staff was really attentive and gentile to us, they let us felling comfortable like we were at home. Special thanks for that. If theres any space to improve I would say that would be good to have a better WiFi coverage, like in my room I didn’t had it but nothing than an cheap 5g plan from Revolut that couldnt resolve (wasn’t a problem, just something that could be improved). We had such a good time and the staff people were so amazing that I’m a Brazilian but I want to become an a Arab now 😂

We had a wonderful family holiday at the Seabel Alhambra and thoroughly enjoyed our stay, but what really made this hotel exceptional was the kindness and care shown by the staff. I know many reviews say that the staff at a hotel “go above and beyond”, but I wanted to give a genuine example of what that meant for us. During our holiday, our daughter needed to attend a Tunisian public hospital casualty department. It was late in the evening and, as visitors to the country who didn’t know the healthcare system or how to navigate the process, it could easily have been an extremely stressful experience. Anwar, the hotel manager, and Mouhib from Guest Relations personally took us to the hospital after their working hours. They stayed with us, navigated the entire process and waited with us until everything was sorted. Trying to manage all of that alone in an unfamiliar country would have been a complete nightmare, and having them there made an enormous difference to our family. What perhaps says even more about them is that afterwards they absolutely refused to accept a tip for their trouble. Mouhib told us that the staff at Seabel Alhambra are like a family, both with each other and in the way they look after their guests. Having spent our holiday there, you can genuinely sense that. It isn’t just something they say. We had a very good family holiday overall, but it is the warmth, generosity and exceptional care of the people working there that we will remember most. Our sincere thanks to Anwar, Mouhib and the whole Seabel Alhambra team. You looked after our family when we really needed it, and we won’t forget it. Highly recommended.
