After reading some of the reviews, I was a little concerned about this hotel, but we had a fantastic time! After reading some of the reviews, I was a little concerned about this hotel, but we had a fantastic time! We went as a family, four generations and everyone loved it. We arrived around 11am and, as our room wasn't ready, the lovely receptionist (a young woman whose name I can't remember) checked us in. She was always happy, friendly, and willing to help with anything. We then headed to the bar, pool, and restaurant until our room was ready. Our room was lovely. We stayed in Room 371, a double sea-view room. It was cleaned every day, and the towels were changed daily or as often as we requested. Restaurant: There was a good choice of food, and we certainly didn't go hungry. The outdoor barbecue area was excellent, offering different freshly cooked dishes each day. Spa: Amazing! I booked the Discovery Package, which was excellent value for money. The staff were lovely, professional, and very helpful. Drinks: Bring your own insulated cup, as the staff are happy to fill it with any drink you'd like. The indoor bar was quicker during the day, and I found the cocktails there were better than those served at the outdoor bar. The staff work incredibly hard throughout the day and evening. They are friendly and helpful despite the long hours they work and the occasional rudeness they receive from some guests. Animation Team: Wow! These guys are amazing and were definitely the highlight of the hotel for us. The entertainment was excellent, both during the day and at night. They really make the place special. Top Tip: Bring cash. There is no ATM at the hotel, and the nearest one is about a 20-minute walk away. The hotel will exchange cash into dinars, but they do not accept card payments. Cash is preferred for excursions and evening activities such as bingo and reserving a table for the White Party. They accept dinars, sterling, and card payments in some areas. We ran out of cash during our stay, but fortunately our excursion stopped at an ATM, which seems to be something they do regularly. The shops accept card payments, and the spa accepts cards for treatments. I believe the pool towel deposit must also be paid in cash. The only downside of our holiday was the sunbed situation. Some guests would reserve sunbeds very early in the morning and then not use them for long periods. After staying at a hotel where sunbeds were allocated, this was a little frustrating. It would be great if the hotel introduced a system to discourage reserving beds that aren't being actively used. Overall, we had a wonderful holiday and would happily return.

Amazing place: clean & beautiful. Everyone works so hard to make my holiday great. The Animation team is the best: Ines, Luffy. Habib, Hannibal, Issa, Alex, Johnny Boy, are simply the very BEST. Thank you all!

The Location: Perfect spot right on a private sandy beach. The Pools & Aquapark: The clean swimming pools and the colorful water slides are a huge highlight. They keep the energy high and fun for everyone. The Staff: The entertainment team (especially Alex) and hotel workers are incredibly friendly and welcoming. They truly make you feel at home. The Rooms: Spacious rooms with private balconies that offer lovely views of the sea or gardens. It is a wonderful, affordable option for a classic all-inclusive Tunisian holiday.
