TMK Hotel Flora Park by Turismark

Great trip, we stayed for 5 days. Hotel clean and comfortable. Pool well maintained. Goal the lifeguard is always on hand to help with umbrellas and bed cushions and a chat. Ziko the animation man was great, really friendly, always around for a chat and doing aqua Zumba in the day and entertainment at night. We stayed half board and the food was good, always something to choose from. The hotel has a private beach which was good, plenty of sun loungers and a relaxed feel,

I am just leaving  hotel Flora Park and I must admit I am really really glad that I am going and finally I'm leaving my new prison of six nights  the hotel is very very small the only outdoor place to chill and relax is  by the pool which is surrounded by four buildings therefore you'll be feeling like you are in a prison  the food was ok with no taste and it's always cold not a lot of variety!  There's a guy at the reception( so called head of reception) very aggressive  no professionallism nor customer service and no respect,  as soon as you check in he will ask you when you are leaving and he will tell you if you are eating now you cannot eat when you are going home  or vice versa.  You go and complain about him and the manager will tell you " he is number one in hospitality " so just imagine if that attitude is number one what the rest are gonna do or how they're going to be like  Some of the staff are really nice though (a big shout out to the waiter DALI the reception guy AYOUB and the cleaner KHOULOUD)  But having said that the customer service here is very terrible ( I have emailed the hotel prior to my arrival and guess what ? no answer and when I have arrived they told me they have seen my email and they could not be bothered to answer!!! at least they have been honest) To be honest I'm not surprised of the rating of hotels in Tunisia like turkey Morocco and Egypt as it doesn't reflect the reality however there are many better  4 stars hotel then the FLORA PARK.  I would rate this hotel at one star max and that's me being very generous as a frequent. I have even been asked to open a TripAdvisor account so I can give them a 5 Stars review and they don't know that I'm already a high profile TripAdvisor account holder and I cannot lie And now to the usual question  Would I come back again? and the answer will be a big fat defo NOOOOOOOO  ROOM 124

Faiez the bartender was exceptionally kind, polite, and nice to talk to. He, along with the other staff, were great.

First time in Tunisia, comfortable and spacious rooms. Ziko Yassine was a great entertainer throughout the week, day and night. Nice pool and good variety of food. Very friendly bar staff, would recommend.

It’s my first time in tunisia and this hotel is very very comfy and have nice people like ziko he is very helpfull, i recommend it .
