Very nice holiday with our family (4). The swimming pools were great, the beach was beautiful and above all, everything was clean. The food was diverse, especially the Turkish theme, was our favorite. The rooms were okay, a little bit old fashioned, but the cleaning was perfect. For us a perfect holiday enad perhaps we may return in the future. Thank you!

Easily the best all inclusive holiday we have ever taken. Perfect for families and kids of any age from infants to teens. Main pool is huge. Plenty of sun loungers. At least four separate pools for smaller kids. Water slides perfect for families. Amazing choice of foods in the evenings. One À la carte meal included, we chose the Turkish which was excellent. Several pool bars. Staff from the restaurant to the life guards are first rate especially when you learn a few Turkish greetings. Shout out to Ilyas and Verdat in the restaurant, Durkan and Mehmet at the pool and Buse from entertainment. Always something going on in the evenings from kids disco, karaoke, amazing shows, in particular the Fire show and Mongolian Circus show. There is also live music and disco’s. Archery, football, table tennis, beach volleyball…..endless amounts of things to do plus also right on the beach too. The beautiful old town and historical site of Side is a short, cheap city bus ride away. Grounds are expansive and well maintained, rooms decent size and clean. Guests from all over Europe which we loved. First class holiday, you will not be disappointed. Highly recommend.

Many mosquitoes staff didn’t help my baby sister and mum bitten by bed bugs sll other snd now there accusing the baby of chicken poxx and made us pay €50 for mosquito soray and we had to move rooms

We have just returned from this beautiful resort after 11 nights, and was truly sad to leave. The resort itself is huge with so many activities and places to walk around. I travelled with my partner and our two children who are 11 and 12. The waterpark is fantastic and we usually book a hotel with a waterpark, however this was the best by far! By day it's lively and I would like to say that the staff work incredibly hard, from the bartenders, restaurant staff, entertainment staff and the place is kept immaculate. We couldn't fault the food, yes it's busy especially from 7-8pm, however the range and quality is amazing. Also the snack bar is by far our favourite we have ever had from home made burgers, freshly cooked pizza and the kebabs are banging. The drinks are of good quality with a nice Effs beer on tap and I drink red wine which is from a bottle and tastes pretty good for an AI! A huge shout out to Muhsin in the restaurant who made our restaurant experience wonderful and couldn't do enough for you including remembering which drink we wanted the next nigh, which is very impressive for a hotel of that size. Also a thank you to Isaac for the gorgeous strawberry Daiquiris and Yusef for your fab friendly service! The rooms are very comfortable and we had a family suite with balcony which I would recommend. The shops on site are a little pricey and the supermarket are asking for 6 Euros for a large bag of crisps which I kindly declined. Would highly recommend a short taxi to Side old town, the place is stunning and you can get restaurants to pick you up and take you back. We had a beautiful steak at The Old Town Steak House which was quality and priced around 30 Euros, however we had a free starter and pudding. Try to negotiate a discount without a service charge if you are looking to get a meal out. All in all this hotel is stunning and the evenings are lively with two entertainment venues. Just a note to the management if I had to improve anything, I would suggest a coffee station close to each apartment block as it's quite a walk if you just want to grab a coffee in the morning as we usually don't eat breakfast. Unfortunately no kettle facilities in the room. We also found 9pm a little early to close the restaurant, after a huge lunch we do prefer to eat later, I know that's our personal preference. Very lastly the snack bar at 12am could do with a little more variety as chips or a toasted sandwich is a little bland for us, perhaps a pizza option or burger would be a good idea. To wrap it up there is very little I could complain about. Thank you all and we will definitely recommend you and look to return, which we normally wouldn't do. Hope to see you again soon!
