Arum Barut Collection

We have almost completed a fantastic 14-night stay at the Arum Barut Collection hotel, and from beginning to end, the whole experience has been exceptional! Every aspect of the hotel exceeded our expectations, and we honestly could not fault it. The staff were absolutely outstanding — friendly, professional, welcoming and always willing to go the extra mile. The ladies working on guest relations were incredible - nothing was too much trouble. The staffs attention to detail and genuine care made us feel valued throughout our entire stay. Our room was beautiful, spacious, comfortable and impeccably clean, with the housekeeping staff maintaining an excellent standard every single day. The entire hotel, including the public areas, pools and grounds, was exceptionally well maintained. The food was superb, with an excellent choice and consistently high standards. However, the à la carte restaurants deserve a very special mention. The quality of the food, presentation, service and overall dining experience was genuinely 5-star. Each meal felt special, with beautifully prepared dishes, excellent service and wonderful attention to detail. The à la carte experience was one of the highlights of our stay. Special thanks to Hasan Öz who ran the Akasya International restaurant, who made our wedding anniversary unforgettable..and the beef medallions were delicious! The drinks and bar service were equally impressive, with friendly staff and excellent service throughout. All branded drinks were available. Huge thanks to Umut, Ali Kemal, Serkan and the bar team, who all worked so hard in the heat of the day, and would make any drink / cocktail on request. The atmosphere across the hotel was relaxed, welcoming and enjoyable. The pools, facilities and grounds were fantastic and always kept to an exceptionally high standard. There was plenty of space to relax, and everything was clean, comfortable and beautifully presented. The entertainment and activities were also excellent, with a great variety throughout our stay. The entertainment team worked incredibly hard and helped create a lively but welcoming atmosphere. Shout out to Tuğce, Tolga and Stefa who were amazing with our 2 sons and played so many games with them...and my husband! Overall, this was a truly 5-star experience. The combination of exceptional staff, beautiful surroundings, outstanding food, superb à la carte restaurants, excellent facilities and first-class service made this a holiday we will remember for a long time. A massive thank you to the entire team for making our 14-night stay so special. We would absolutely recommend this hotel and cannot wait to return next year! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We previously visited this hotel in July 2024. We had a fantastic week away, but due to various reasons were unable to rebook for last year. This year we decided to return and we were certainly not disappointed. The grounds are super clean from the toilets to the pool to the bedrooms to the hallways. We found the staff amazing last time, but commented on the pool bar being a little bit stretched. This time, however, it was our favourite place to be and a massive shout out to Ali, Umut, Mustafa and Furkan. On day one Umut served my son at the bar and exchanged names. From then on every day involved high-fives, fist pumps and general conversation between them being very very busy. The cocktails that Umut and Furkan made were spot on. If you’re not sure what you want, just ask for a surprise and they’ll make you one from their own repertoire. There were times that we were stood there before other people and they were served before us, but you just go with a flow and in the end they’ll serve you with a smile. We had lunch at bonsai most days and just like last time the service was five star from all of the staff there. From giving us our table that we had on the first day to remembering our drinks each time. Nothing was too much of an ask and all of them were smiling and genuinely happy to serve. We decided to skip the Asian this year for the à la carte and have the Asian buffet which was superb and a great choice. We dined at the other two, and were not disappointed and yet again the food standard was amazing along with the service. We don’t normally like a buffet, but this hotel does it perfectly. The way it spread out means that you’re not on top of everyone when you’re waiting for a certain food station. We also found the table service amazing with our drinks constantly being topped up. This time around they had an adult pool party every Thursday, which was the highlight of our week. The music was amazing, the atmosphere was great and just all round a fun time. On a Tuesday, they have a large inflatable obstacle course in the pool which gathers a big crowd but the line goes down quickly. They have activities you can join in such as darts archery and Aqua aerobics but none of this is forced on you and if you weren’t aware that it’s on you wouldn’t be any wiser. The slides on site are good but not the best so if you’re looking for a big waterpark onsite then this hotel would not be the right one for you. If you want a constant buzz and activities being thrown at you then this resort is not for you but if you want a mix of things to do, a relaxing week, good food and good service then this is spot on. I’d love to return but unfortunately with our son now turning 12 there will be no free child place available and the cost is looking over £5000 for three people for a week so it’s unlikely. But never say never. I would also like a big shout out to guest relations who I emailed prior to staying. They replied to my emails pretty much instantly and gave a lovely gesture of an anniversary surprise for my parents of a bottle of fizz and towel art on the day. We truly did have the best week away and it massively topped the visit two years ago …. so much so that our son cried when we left. One thing we look for in reviews is photos of food and drink, so I hope the ones I provided help your decision in booking or not booking this hotel. I could go on and on and make this review even longer but I think the rest of the reviews on here speak for themselves. The big thing that sells this hotel that makes it the best….. are the staff!! Oh, and finally, how can I forget the towel guy in the morning? He was very sweet and hardworking. We are early birds and were down at our beds before 7 am but most mornings by 9 am there were still plenty of choice around the hotel however I did witness him take takeoff towels and move belongings to the side if they were placed on beds before 730 with no occupants! So be warned they do enforce it!!

Nice rooms. Try to have I dian food ( especially Indian street food) and Thai cuisine too. Thank you

This is a lovely hotel, staff, food etc is lovely, however you cannot get a sunbed around the pool, unless you go and reserve one with a towel, or lilo, it’s ridiculous, I came down at 9am today and could find only one free, with no towel on, all others have something on with no-one in sight, no staff around the pool enforce any reservation rules, everyone is doing the same thing otherwise you won’t get a sunbed. I wouldn’t come here again based on this. After letting staff know, nothing was done.

Fabulous hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. Great food. There were 7 of us and we all enjoyed our stay. Shout out to the pasta lady, the egg lady, the guest relations staff and Mustafa. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful.
