Wonderful hotel. Huge and lots of different bars and areas so you feel like you’re going out to a different place every night. Pool is huge with lots of activities including great aqua aerobics. Plenty of sunbeds, we never had a problem in August. Getting up at 9.30. The cocktail bar in the foyer is amazing. High quality cocktails and the staff are brilliant and really funny and chatty. Staff in the 24hr bar and nightclub were great, kept us served and we had a great laugh with the young lad who does the night shift. The entertainment is great, we saw some great bands and DJ’s The food in the buffet is of a very high quality, and every night great variety. The Turkish à la carte is amazing and also the Japanese was outstanding. (Photos included) Rollerblading staff round the Sunbeds are great and kept you stocked up. 10/10 for this hotel we had an amazing holiday as a group of 13.

Our stay at Kirman Arycanda Premium was a complete disappointment and far from what a 5-star or "Premium" hotel should offer. ​From the very moment we checked in, the room was dirty. Despite standard hotel procedures requiring daily housekeeping, our room was only cleaned twice during our 7-day stay, and even trash cans were left unemptied for days at a time. The minibar was not refilled, and the bed sheets were never changed. To make matters worse, on our last evening, we returned to our room to take a shower before leaving, only to find that all our dirty towels had been collected but no clean ones were provided. After reporting the issue, clean towels were finally delivered late at night! When we requested basic services, they were only partially done after constant complaints, and cleaning staff admitted they are severely understaffed and overworked with no days off. ​The service quality across the board was unacceptable. The waiters were rude, and most of the waitstaff consist of university interns from Central Asia who lack professional training, making the service feel far below a luxury concept. Furthermore, despite our multiple complaints, both the Reception and the Guest Relations Manager completely failed to take any action, choosing instead to ignore and cover up the issues rather than resolving them. ​The food and dining experience were equally frustrating. The meals were repetitive every single day, matching the quality of a 3 or 4-star hotel at best. There was no children's menu available in the main restaurant for lunch or dinner—only French fries and onion rings (or potato croquettes when onion rings ran out), with no pizza, burgers, or basic options for kids. If you asked for pasta, it was prepared manually upon special order, resulting in waiting lines of up to 30 minutes. There were also no child-friendly desserts like pudding available. ​Add to this the completely unresponsive management, and it is clear this hotel does not deliver on its "Premium Ultra All-Inclusive" promises. We will be pursuing this through official consumer protection channels. Avoid if you expect a true luxury vacation!
