Club Paradiso

The hotel was really so food I love It💗💗so clean, foods are really good It Is 2 times I have been there And staff alzò are so good But under hotel there Is a shop we bought 3-4 things and payed likes 650€. It was so expensive. We go to another one with lower, lower prices. That we learned that he took so much money from me. Be careful everyone

We have just returned home from the worst hotel, I have ever stayed at in Turkey. Hotel Club Paradiso. We arrived in the night at the Hotel around 1:30. The first room we got, we could not get in, the door didn’t work. Then we were going to room nr. 2 with an employee, the hotel is at ge mountain side, so very steep ways and stairs. We had to carry our luggage ourselves. We were going up and up the mountain. And finally the employee, did not know where our room was. I got angry, we went back to the reception, and then another guy followed us to the room, in like a basement. The room was dreadful. It was not clean, and extremely moist, felt like a steam bath. The aircondition, could never normalize the room. So back to the reception. The manager was very provocative, and just dragged time, with explaining other guests about everything in the hotel. Especially a wife with her young daughter, like 18-20 the manager was very interested in her, in a wrong way. Then we were shown a 3. Room at 4:30 in the morning, that room was just a little better than room nr. 2. But we were told. We could only choose between room 2 or 3. So we took the last. The main pool and kids pool and slides are horrible areas. Extremely crowded, not space to move your sunbed. A lot of wasps around the bar, and employees didn’t do anything. Extremely loud and poor techno music blasting out of the speakers. Kids area only open few hours a day, so really bad. Only good area is the Relax Pool, but far away from main building. Food is boring and just average. Most employees in the other bars, than the one at main pool, are very nice. But it says this hotel is a 5 star and Ultra All Inclusive. But it is no more than 2-3 stars, and only Ultra Horrible Inclusive. The Barber at the hotel is a scammer, they change the price when you are sitting in the chair. My friend is bald and needed a shave of his head. He has a big beard, so only little shave on cheeks and neck. We asked them the night before at the Barber, and the woman said € 7,- He went there the day after, I had to go to toilet with his kids, when he was finished the wanted € 25,- because they said it costs € 15,- to shave the head and it said it in their price sign outside and that we had agreed on that price the evening before. Everything a total lie. Then the woman started to yell at my friend, and her husband who is the barber also got into the big shouting. My friend just paid and left. BUT BIG BIG WARNING AGAINST THE BARBER AT THE HOTEL. GO TO THE CITY FOR THIS SERVICE. AT THE HOTEL, THEY ARE SCAMMERS IN THE BARBER. Also the security at the gate was not helpful, we came back late with taxi, we had two small tired kids with us. But the security lady, did not allow us to enter to the front of the hotel in the taxi, so we had to walk pretty far into the hotel. CLUB PARADISO, THE HOTEL IN TURKEY, THAT DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR GUESTS. We talked to a lot of other most Danish guests, and everybody was not happy and would never come back. All had issues with the hotel or their rooms

Firstly id rate this hotel a 3 star. Arrived with family in August big hotel so be aware there are lots of steps to the rooms especially the family block, lots of walking to get around the big hotel and alot more than we expected, also a strughle if you have a push chair. We stayed in the family room, first impressions were good the room and balcony was huge but the room smelt like someone had been smoking inside. The Cleaners came daily to our room although they didnt change the sheets or do my mums room as much who stayed in the room upstairs. The room didnt feel very clean we all got bit several times and my mum see an ant crawling on her bed along with a live bug. Food was ok some nights were better than others, lovely selection of fruit and salad, Staff were friendly and did their best to help if needed. A la carte resturant was lovely and staff made an effort to dress our table for my mums birthday and sent out a cake which was a nice touch. Overall we had a lovely holiday, the evening shows were good, the family pool was nice but i think we were the only english staying at the hotel. Parts of the hotel was very dated, id say its definately not a 4 or 5 star id say a 3 star. We had a nice stay and views were stunning but we wouldnt stay again due to the amount of steps and distance from the rooms to reception and getting around the hotel. The hotel is out the way and not much around the hotel but we did get the bus to the centre which was good. The beach was nice and the food bar was good

Our 2nd year returning here and it did not disappoint. Last year we loved it so much we just had to book to go back. The place is great all round, the animation team work so hard and are always smiling. Entertainment is always 100%. Food is good with different mains daily along with similar stuff also. Very clean, Everyone works so hard. Also sun sun sun so how can you complain :) Can't wait to return

was so fun, had the best time ever all of the animation team were unreal! couldn’t have asked for anything better at all, was an all round amazing experience.
