A great hotel with an amazing pool. The food is absolutely delicious and plentiful … you definitely won’t go hungry in this hotel! The staff are ALL friendly, helpful and very welcoming. One member of staff in particular, Huseyin, at the main pool is an absolute legend …. He always makes sure you have everything you need and often appears at your side with water and your favourite drinks, which he has memorized … he truly made our stay, with friendly conversation and 5* service … thank you kivircik huseyin patenci ⭐️
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, and everything was well organized. The activities were fun and enjoyable, and there was always something to do. A special thank you to all the staff. They were very friendly, kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. Their positive energy and smiles made the experience even more special. They truly did their best to make us feel comfortable and happy. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. I would love to come back again!
We have just returned from an amazing week here. The hotel is lovely and the grounds are beautifully kept and lovely to walk around. The hotel set up is ideal and did not feel too big. Even though the hotel was full it never felt busy. The pool areas were lovely and the pools were never too cold. The beach area is well maintained and clean. There were never sun bed wars and it didn’t matter what time we arrived at the pool, we would always get sun beds. The buffet food was excellent although it could get hectic in there but I felt this was more down to the hotel having a smaller buffet area rather than rows and rows of food - quality over quantity. The Al la carte restaurants were fabulous and amazing service. In fact, great service throughout. The drinks were also of a high standard. Please ignore any negative reviews on here. For its price point this hotel is certainly a 5* hotel and the staff never asked us once to provide a review except for the Al La Carte restaurant. My only negative comments would be that there needs to be more daytime entertainment for slightly older children who do not want to go to kids clubs. The evening entertainment was very good and we enjoyed a number of the shows. Regarding the cats. This hotel has less cats then many of the larger hotels we have been to. The cats looked relatively healthy and the hotel does try to help them by providing a sheltered cat house with water and food, however, i do feel they need to clean the bowls properly as i had to do so when i was there. I understand that looking after the cats is an additional cost and perhaps the hotel could have a tip box for the cats to help with neutering and vets bills. I know that many guests would happily contribute to this. We would certainly return to this hotel.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. The location was also very convenient, and everything we needed was close by. Overall, we had a lovely experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. We would happily stay here again!
In general: Just before going on holiday I saw reviews that indicated the hotel wasn't clean and that there were cats everywhere. Got quite worried but absolutely nothing to worry about, the cats do not bother you, there aren't that many (or if there are they are well hidden) and didn't trigger any allergies on my part. The Hotel and its grounds were very clean with lots of staff attending to any spills/litter etc. Again, nothing to worry about. Evening entertainment: Was very good, excellent on some nights and fantastic on one night (the Mongolian acrobats). Children's mini disco 1st was good for the little ones (I had grandchildren aged 4 and 6/7 with me) followed by a kids entertainer of some sort (jugglers, Paw patrol/Moana costumed dancers) followed by the main event all in an outdoor theatre or, at times, in a Garden area of the Grounds. Drink: Drink quality was generally good, all premium brands that I could see. Unfortunately some Premium Brands are not really Premium quality, especially with the Beer. Looking at you USA Budweiser! The Beer Barrel bar offered Budweiser Budvar, Czech brewed beer, that is far superior to its cross-Atlantic cousin. Efes also available every where. Also Coors, Millers, Becks but didnt have those. Also Weissbier available in Beer Barrel (Paulaner and Weihenstephaner) and Guinness. Could do with replacing the Bud, Coors and Millers with better quality German/Czech beers in my opinion. Cocktails were OK but not brilliant. Food: Bit of a game of 2 halves for me here and Guest Relations helped enormously. Info to follow: There are lots of little food bars across the hotel, some a la carte restaurants and a few Buffet Restaurants. The rest of the party, 2 Vegetarians and 3 meat eaters were happy with the food choice. The vegetarians would have preferred to not have fish dishes in their section but generally these were easy to spot so easy enough to not accidentally eat, but odd that fish is still considered a vegetarian dish was their thinking. There is a mass of meat based dishes, salads, desserts, sides, etc. Loads and loads, if you are not picky you will be in heaven if you like your food. There are themes every night, so, one night will be Turkish night, or Seafood/Asian/Mexican/Italian/Indian depending on what the night is. I am a picky eater, and I knew before going on the holiday that an All Inclusive would not especially be brilliant for me as I am a strict Plant Based / Vegan diet only. For me though, the experience of going to a great hotel with my Daughter's young family was more of a sell than the likelihood of poor food choice. I had read reviews that the Hotel catered for Vegetarians and Vegans and this is true. All the reviews that I read all seemed to be written as an aside by people that weren't Vegetarians or Vegans though, and from a Vegan point of view, not had to rely on the offering as their sole source of food for a 10 night period. So, in the main Buffet restaurant there are sections for Vegetarians and Vegans alongside healthy eating, fruit, salads, dessert, meat. Masses of it, all apart from the Vegan section. The vegetarian section is larger than the Vegan. The Vegan, and I think the Vegetarian section both suffered from not really being included in the theme of the night. Definitely the Vegan section. There are 3 foods on offer generally. So come Mexican night I was quite looking forward to a nice Chilli - nope, nothing. Each day the Vegan section had pretty much the same type of food for Breakfast and Dinner, mostly stewed vegetables of some sort, Falafel offered for Breakfast and Dinner too often, Pancakes for breakfast once and stuffed varieties of Tomato, Pepper, Cabbage rolls etc. Important to note, that there is Vegan food dotted around the larger Buffet area but it is tiresome to find. There is a helpful QR code with the food description that allows you to look at the ingredient and determine if the ingredients are OK, but this can be a pain to do in a large, busy buffet area hunting down food. Would be much much easier to have a visible V, or Ve whatever so could see at a glance - they do this for some ingredients like Milk, or Crustacean, or Soy but not a less specific of this is good for Veggies or Vegans. Soooo, I was getting pretty tired of the whole hunting down/sameness of the food and the lack of breakfast type option. But I knew I was there for the family experience and not for me so quietly just got a bit irked. After a while I noticed by the lifts/elevators a statement that if you were not happy with anything to let Guest relations know by scanning the QR code and entering some details. I never complain in these situations because I am not expecting much anyway, but after a few times of seeing this whilst waiting for the lift I decided to do it. So I did, not really expecting any response. How wrong was I. The response was Fantastic. This is the other half of the food tale. I had a phone call from Guest Relations only about an hour after I had sent the feedback through. The lady that called, Noel/Nauel, discussed some options with me and invited me to talk with her to see what could be done. It turned out that Noel was FANTASTIC throughout the holiday, was very attentive, friendly and willing to help. Along with restaurant management and a Chef whose names I don't recall she put a plan in place whereby for Breakfast there was always something that resembled Breakfast (to me being a customer from the UK anyway). So after the conversation with her there were vegan pancakes every day, generally oats in hot soy milk (porridge), or rice in hot soy milk (rice pudding), and a type of vegan sausage. For Lunch I wasn't really bothered with anything as one of the food shacks did Vegan Toasties that saw me through the lunch period. For Dinner, Noel suggested that I send her a request at the start of the day and they would try and do it for me for the evening. So over the course of the rest of the holiday I had a combination of Vegan Lasagnes, Vegan Chillis and Vegan Stir Fry. Which was great for me, they tasted great, were well prepared and was much better than the 1st part of the holiday. So what a result from a little comment that I wasn't really expecting anything back from. Other: Didn't really see any Vegan Ice Cream or Magnums anywhere, closest I got was Lemon Sorbet. There is a kids area too with kids plates and food options, yoghurts etc on the left hand side outer ring that we stumbled across when trying to find a table for 6 one night. Guest Relations: Again Noel was great, she helped sort out a birthday cake for my Grandson and some decoration in the room that he was well chuffed with and reservation at the Italian A La Carte restaurant for his birthday celebration. She also helped on a few other things so I am so glad that I did make the initial contact and didn't just "put up" with it as would be my typical response (and probably for most other Brits). Of course, this vegan food response would not be scale-able in any way if many people followed the same path so I would suggest to the hotel that, for the main restaurant, look at the experience for non-standard eaters. If you provide a section specifically for a diet, like Vegan / Plant Based, look at it from the user's point of view. If there is a theme night (apart from Seafood of course) try and provide something for that section. Look at what is on offer - why stewed vegetables for Breakfast for example? And would you be happy eating that food for 10 days or so. If you provide food else where that is suitable mark it up so that it is easily identifiable, QR codes are great but time consuming. Or even put a nightly sign up in the section saying what else is available and where, for example - Biryani Rice and Poppadums in the Indian Section, Roast potatoes in Vegetarian section, Roast Cauliflower in Healthy eating etc Summary and a few other shout outs: To summarise... Guest Relations there is top quality - especially Noel. Call out to Kaan - our waiter for most evenings, very friendly and attentive, good with kids too. Call out to Chef and restaurant management for making bespoke meals for a picky customer and taking the time to come and check that all was OK. The Indoor Pool and Sauna area was great, outside pools were good too. Lots of sunbeds and parasols. Evening entertainment good, Mongolian acrobats were brilliant. There is a Secret Pool! There is fried ice cream (obviously I did not try it). Hotel design is very distinctive and lead to many enjoyable discussions about Concorde, supersonic and future hypersonic flight with my young Grandson. Neil Wombourne, England
