We had a fantastic week here. The staff are very nice. The food is delicious. Does anyone know which 2 songs the animators played at 10am?

We arrived at Crystal Admiral (party of 5, including my two sons 4yrs and 8yrs) and we're treated very well, after a slight mix up with our rooms we settled in and explored the resort, the pools are a fantastic size, one we called the 'party pool' and one the 'quiet pool', both allowed our boys to thoroughly enjoy themselves, swim about, jump in and play with their inflatables. As always you do have to 'reserve' your sun loungers but we always found a shaded area (much needed in the Turkey sun) although temperature was very consistent at around 32-35 degrees most days. The water park area was excellent, by far the best I've experienced! Perfect for my 8yr old to explore with us or on his own. The pirate ship kids area was a little overwhelming for my 4yr old autistic son so he just kept to the main pools. The kids club was good, although as we were one of the only British families there my 8yr old struggled to make friends so wasn't keen on staying in the club for long. There is also an indoor soft play which is excellent, games room and bowling alley. Pool amenities were also excellent, doughnuts, cakes, drinks, ice-cream, lunch all readily available throughout the day! The restaurants and food overall was great, something for everyone and in huge abundance! Nightlife was a little repetitive after week one but a couple of nights really stood out, amazing acts that we really enjoyed so overall the entertainment was a good standard. The beach area is also lovely, a short walk under the underpass and your there, lovely restaurant on the beach too! Our rooms were very clean and perfect for what we needed, a little out dated decor but as a base they had everything we needed! We also ventured out into Side town which I would definitely recommend, perfect afternoon and evening seeing the Roman ruins and shopping/restaurants, a gorgeous little town! I would definitely recommend this resort to young families, the pools and water park areas alone were fantastic and kept us busy all day. The staff (of which there seemed to be hundreds) were always on hand and are the backbone to the whole place, the cleanliness is above average! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you to the whole Admiral team who work tirelessly at the resort to make everyone's holiday great!

Best place for an amazing holiday..I like the food ,the drinks were everytime available for us .and also the animation team was really friendly,activities,shows,and olso lives musics ,concerts were interesting .

We were brought here by TUI after our flight was cancelled. The fact they had free rooms for the 190 people they said they had to look after that evening said enough! The place is so tired, dirty and the service isn’t great. I woke up covered in bites! Everything is falling apart and looks like it was installed in the 90s. Even when we sat on the sofas the dust covered our hands. The furniture is broken including smashed glass on the coffee table. We ate at the late restaurant and had breakfast bits while we are here. The cakes are ok but don’t taste like much. The rest of the food was poor quality or chips. The staff all look fed up like they have had enough. It seems they must survive off of cancelled flights. If you like windows this hotel isn’t for you, they have frosted the ones they have and walking through the rooming area has no windows at all. Needs a really big refresh!

I had an absolutely dreadful holiday experience. On the day I arrived, I was assigned an outdated room with gaps in the balcony doors, leaving us to fight off swarms of mosquitoes. To make matters worse, the Wi-Fi did not work in the room at all. I went to the reception five separate times and spoke to a staff member named Esra regarding the internet issue. Every single time, she brushed me off with empty promises, claiming "a technical team will come check it today" or "a team will look into it tomorrow." I then approached the Guest Relations department, where the staff assured me it would definitely be fixed the next day. Two days passed, and no one ever showed up. Frustrated, I went back to Guest Relations the following morning. A staff member named Orkun promised he would handle the issue personally that day. Two hours later, a technician finally arrived and fixed the connection. When I explained the whole ordeal to him, he just laughed and told me, "I've been at the hotel for four days, and no one mentioned a word about this to me." The issues did not stop there. We went to the Latin Restaurant around 9:40 PM, even though the posted closing time was 11:00 PM. Upon entering, the staff bluntly stated, "We are closed." When we confronted them about the official 11:00 PM closing time, I had to report the situation to Guest Relations yet again. They claimed they would resolve it and suggested we go eat at the outdoor snack bar instead. When we got there and ordered soup, it was served ice-cold. Afterward, we headed to the Alaçatı Patisserie, which was also scheduled to remain open until 11:00 PM, but by 9:50 PM they had already shut down operations and were only serving drinks. It turns out only half of the hotel rooms had been renovated, while the other half were severely outdated. We were told the hotel was hosting 3,000 guests, yet there were nowhere near enough sunbeds by the pool, leading to constant arguments among guests. Even though I took this trip to relax and relieve stress, I was forced to wake up at 7:00 AM every single morning just to reserve a sunbed. It felt like pure torture rather than a vacation. The hotel was severely understaffed, and the employees simply could not keep up with the workload. I am currently conducting research to publish this experience across Swedish and Danish news outlets so that no one else falls victim to this place. Hotels should not be allowed to charge exorbitant prices only to deliver utter disappointment. We are completely dissatisfied.
