Holiday was compeletly perfect all hotel staff was so friendly thanks for that this hotel for adults and for kids its perfect animators doing everything for them we will come again if you wanna come dont think twice you will like trust me;)

The hotel was nice overall, but I certainly wouldn’t describe it as five-star as advertised. We arrived after 1am and were taken to a room above the restaurant. The room absolutely stank, felt run-down and was not inviting in the slightest. Inside the wardrobe was an exposed fuse board, with wiring on show and easily accessible, which was extremely concerning—especially with children. The room looked nothing like the one advertised. The children’s three single beds were positioned immediately inside the entrance door. This was completely unsuitable for us because one of our children has autism and ADHD and is a known runner. I explained this to the concierge, but was told nothing could be done until the morning. After a very frustrating first night, I explained the situation again to another member of staff. Thankfully, we were moved to a much better room that looked far more like the accommodation shown in the photographs. Unfortunately, we experienced several problems with the replacement room throughout our ten-night stay. Both plug sockets beside the main bed did not work. The air-conditioning was incredibly noisy, leaked water everywhere and regularly went into error mode. It would beep during the night and needed resetting several times. It genuinely sounded as though it was about to blow up! The smoke detector also made a loud ticking noise every other second, like an old clock, which was extremely irritating when trying to sleep. I reported these problems several times, but the only issue that was eventually repaired was the plug sockets. Even then, the maintenance staff left dust everywhere and did not clean up afterwards. The bed was noisy and uncomfortable, and there were never enough sheets or towels provided for a family of five. The food was okay, with the snack bar being the best part. The staff were friendly and helpful, although there was sometimes a language barrier because many spoke very little English. There appeared to be no other English guests staying at the hotel, which certainly made karaoke night interesting… Overall, my wife loved the holiday, but unfortunately I did not. The staff were pleasant and the second room was a big improvement, but the maintenance issues, poor first room and lack of response to repeated complaints meant the hotel fell well short of the five-star experience advertised.

It was pleasure to be in the hotell. We spent great time with family. Only beach is one point what was for discusion, gravel and rocky beach wasn't was we would like ... Other points from our holidays -> perfect :) We highly recommend it.

We spend a pleasent week full od fun at the waterpark, game area and at the beach. The food was good, but the fruits were the best🤩
