Disappointing Experience Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. On arrival, some of the staff were rude and disrespectful, and there seemed to be a lack of communication as they were initially unaware of our booking reservation. The food was another major disappointment. Breakfast was not worth going to, with limited and repetitive choices. Tea time was generally the same food and was not particularly enjoyable either. We also experienced rude and unhelpful service from some of the staff at the 24-hour dining area. The housekeeping service was also an issue. Our room was still being cleaned as late as 7pm, and clean towels were not always available when needed. Although the fridge is now being stocked daily, the overall housekeeping service could be much better. We even left the bedsheets on the floor ready for the cleaners to remove, but they were left there rather than being taken away. Overall, the service, food quality, communication and housekeeping were well below what we expected. There are some improvements being made, but the overall experience was not enjoyable, and the staff’s attitude in particular needs significant improvement.

Very nice hotel. Very friendly atmosphere. All inclusive is so good. All the entertainment is good. Planty of kids activities and shows. Night disco for kids, magic show and circus was excellent.

I would not recommend this hotel, especially not as a five-star property. Our experience was closer to a budget hotel. * Food: Bland and tasteless throughout our stay. * Room: The door inside the room was broken, and the dividing wall/partition felt weak and flimsy. * Housekeeping: Rooms weren’t serviced until late in the evening. * Cleanliness & Staff: Tables were often dirty, and staff seemed miserable and unapproachable. * Drinks & Snacks: Very limited choice of drinks and snacks. Hot drinks from the machine were watery and tasteless. * Room View & Issues: We’d booked a partial sea view family room but were instead looking out at a construction site. The shower also didn’t drain properly. * Room Change: After moving rooms, the new bathroom had mould and the bin was just a bare plastic liner. * Beach: The private beach was small, rocky, and rather dangerous to swim in. It was also full of sea debris and smelt awful. Only a handful of guests even used it — very disappointing given it’s marketed as a private beach. * Worst Part: The smell of sewage first thing in the morning was genuinely disgusting. Overall, this hotel falls well short of five-star standards. Wouldn’t recommend it, and we wouldn’t ever go back.
