Ela Excellence Resort Belek

After extensive searching, we booked a Lakehouse swim-up room. Overall, our stay was pleasant and the staff were very friendly, but several issues meant the experience fell short of what we expected for the price. Arrival was a bit of a mess: we were initially taken to the wrong room category. Once we clarified that we paid for a swim-up, they reassigned us, only for us to walk into a room with half-empty water bottles left behind from previous guests. Beyond the initial room mix-up, be mindful of dining promotions: we were told we could enjoy two complimentary meals at the à la carte restaurants, but at checkout, staff claimed no such offer existed. Lastly, the pool service policy felt backwards. Guests around the main Lakehouse pool enjoyed waiter service straight to their loungers. Yet, despite paying extra for a swim-up room, we were told waiter service wasn't included for us and that we had to order paid room service instead. We occasionally managed to flag down a helpful waiter for a drink, but it felt like a frustrating oversight for a premium room tier. It was a pleasant break overall, but keep these quirks in mind before booking.

Overall, I really loved this hotel and nothing has really come close to it yet. It has really set the bar high. I would recommend to all friends and family. Pros: -Inclusive means inclusive! You have such a variety to choose from when it comes to food and drink. -Daytime and night time entertainment is 10/10 I.e. aqua biking, wine tasting, gymnasts, live singers, etc -WhatsApp group and app is great for communication -The kids club is amazing and has copious amount of activities e.g. disco, cooking, soft play etc. My kid didn’t want to leave and I felt assured leaving my 5 year old there. -Impressive skating from staff when serving your drinks. -Housekeeping are really friendly -Spa (sauna etc) is included Cons -Turkish restaurant on the beach was always booked despite messaging first thing in the morning for a reservation -Not all staff were friendly

We had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated the excellent service throughout the hotel. A special thank you to Mehtab, who was incredibly helpful, professional, and attentive during our stay. She always made sure we had everything we needed and was a great example of the warm hospitality we experienced at the hotel. The staff in general were very friendly, helpful, and responsive. The activities were well organized and enjoyable, and the food throughout the resort was excellent. We would also like to give special thanks to the chefs and teams at La Sante, La Salsa, and Galata. We really enjoyed our meals at all three restaurants, and the quality of the food and service stood out. The housekeeping team also deserves recognition for being very efficient, responsive, and quick whenever we needed anything. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience with great service, good food, and a genuinely helpful team. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so pleasant.

My family stayed in Ela excellence in august 2026. I really enjoyed the staying especially pilates and sunset yoga classes. I admired workshop on cocktails with Gokhan as a perfect barmen. I recommend everybody to visit this marvellous hotel
