Ela Excellence Resort Belek

It was out first time in Ela. There are good variety in activities and kids club programme. The kids were happy with slides and pools. The staff was so kind and attentive at all. We had dinners in Hayat, La sofa and La Salsa, they were so delicious, specially la salsa Assado meat was perfect. Blowed my mind. Rasim Chief is the best. Tye hotel has own application includes all info about the programmes. It helped us during our stay. We came from kuwait and the nature is so important for us. The hotel gardens designed very well, and it is full of trees. Taking breath every morning in this hotel was beyond the words. At the and, thanks Mehtap who speaks arabic with us and care about us a lot. Definitely we will come

Overall, I had a pleasant stay, although there are a few things that could definitely be improved. The cleanliness of the room was not always up to the standard I expected, especially the bathroom. I feel that more attention could be given to the housekeeping. Regarding the staff, I don’t want to generalize because some of them were very kind and helpful, but unfortunately, others were not particularly friendly or welcoming. Our assistant was mehtap, so Nice helpful, speak my language arabic very well On the positive side, I really enjoyed La Salsa and La Perla and Akari Teppenyaki restaurants. The food and experience there were very good. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. It wasn’t perfect or exceptional, but it was still a nice experience.

The experience is bad too maxh bad the hotel is old the room that i was the bathroom it has a very bad smell the food is poor and cheap and everyday the same food the experience it was pretty disappointing

We had a wonderful experience at the hotel, and a special thank you to the our assistant Mehtap who was incredibly helpful, attentive, and kind throughout our stay. Everything we asked for was handled quickly and professionally : It made our stay much more comfortable and enjoyable. The food was very delicious and the atmosphere was lovely. We went to la salsa after mehtap recommendation great food ! Amazing chef Rasim ! We also celebrated our daughter birthday at the Greek resto : delciosus food ans great band We will love to come back !
