Flora Garden Beach Hotel - Adult Only

The best all-inclusive hotel I have ever stayed at! Everything was amazing, and a special thank you to Sena and Sibel for helping me surprise my boyfriend and making our stay so special. Thanks to you, we made the most wonderful memories. ❤️ Thank you so much!

Reception staff incredibly friendly, Sibel in guest relations was so very helpful with information about the hotel, surrounding areas and helping us book both the grill resturant and steakhouse. The hotel is beautiful with lots of option for food, drinks and snacks. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The value for money is incredible especially with the branded sodas and Efes pilsner

Review The hotel welcome was rushed and there was no explanation of how the services such as dinner / lunch run. We were not offered a welcome drink. The room smelled of damp and the swim up pool we booked was not stair step access like the advertised photos, but our room had a pool ladder which proved difficult having recently had a back injury. We called reception to let them know this was difficult and about the room and were told we could move rooms the day after tomorrow when one was free. All we needed to do was visit reception in the morning. When we went to reception the next day, we were told this would not be possible. We met the love holidays rep, who asked reception about the rooms - he was told we could move the following day and we would be contacted by reception to confirm. This did not happen. We didn’t continue to pursue this as we didn’t want to spend all our time chasing this issue up. Other things to note that would improve the service and outcomes of this hotel: The hotel gives just one room card (without even the option to buy another) which could cause safety issues for those who wish to split off and spend the day in different ways. If anything else, it’s just massively inconvenient. The rooms that you pay a premium for, such as our swim up suite, was located in a quieter space with the beach in front. This is nice; however, paying a premium and then finding the bar that is close to them is closed meant that you had to walk the length of the beach to collect your own drinks / food from the pool area. Alternatively, room service which drink and food items were charged for. Therefore we wondered, why pay more to get less service? The towel system was convoluted and you had to return towels to the reception area to pick new ones up - why not have a towel drop/pick up in different areas to prevent a lot of back and forth. The hotel operates a no beach wear / casual dress at dinner which is fine but was inconsistent in application. Some men were being stopped as they had leather sandals on such as Birkenstocks and told to change them to ensure no feet showing. This meant some of them returned in crocs! What is the purpose of this rule…?! Is it to try and make it feel ‘classy’ or just an opportunity to enforce an arbitrary rule as there’s no improvement in an upmarket feel when there’s a sea of crocs, and unhappy faces of people being told they can’t access the food they already paid for, clomping around in the restaurant. We paid for private transfers which we preferred - however: on the way there we stopped at a shopping centre where they tried to convince us to go in (not appropriate especially for female travellers as felt unsafe at the late hour) and then on the return our diver spent the majority of the journey talking and texting on his phone. We would appreciate some safety rules around this for travellers.

Experience here is amazing. Staff are soo soo nice especially Sibel, she helped us out the most with organising travel from the hotel making sure we are okay and looking after us very well.

Enjoyed this hotel despite the reviews Room was well worth the upgrade lake view room pool lovely and well maintained Cleanliness was great room cleaned mini bar restocked daily or when needed clean towels Didn’t know we could of had a feee à la cart with our stay until 3days before we was due to leave no places available at all for us We was offered a free bottle of champagne better than nothing Food was ok not the warmest but not a 5 star either This did not put us off as the other food places in the day made up for this Would go again but possibly book for a private pool room
