Mixed feelings about this hotel. The room was a complete disaster. I have never seen such a small hotel room. There was literally nowhere to put or store our suitcases, and the extra bed was just a small folding/camping bed. It was extremely uncomfortable and honestly unacceptable for a family holiday. The children’s entertainment was another disappointment. It was advertised as being available only for children aged 16 and over — which makes absolutely no sense for a family hotel. What are younger children supposed to do? On the positive side, the evening entertainment was actually very good. It was varied, enjoyable and suitable for everyone. The dinner situation was very frustrating, though. Dinner was officially served until 9:00 PM, but at around 8:30 PM they were already taking the food away. This was very disappointing and felt completely misleading. Overall, I have very mixed feelings about this hotel. There were some good aspects, especially the evening entertainment, but the tiny room, terrible extra bed, children’s entertainment and early removal of the dinner buffet really affected our experience.

Went here for a week with a 6m baby. Check in was fast as it was late at night, however reception is quite busy in the morning. The rooms were quite small, not much space to walk but it had what was needed - a bed and AC. However, the cot was not ready when we arrived to the room and had to ask twice for a bed, which is stressful after a flight with a baby who was tired and had to be put to sleep. The food was good, my mum was pleased even though she’s a fussy eater; i really liked how there was a large variety and it was always available. There was an outdoor BBQ restaurant, a main restaurant and a smaller restaurant which is open for longer. The desserts were flavourful as well and very tasty. The main restaurant was VERY busy; you couldn’t find seats within 30mins of opening, people are lining up outside to go inside to get seats because it’s busy, there are people everywhere. I think it could be a bit bigger to make it less overstimulating. The staff/waiters/waitresses were very good, very fast, good at cleaning and help out quickly, 10/10 for them! Water bottles everywhere which was good, ice cream easily accessible as well. The pool got busy, the loungers were taken up by 10am and hard to find some. Had a broken umbrella and told staff 3 times and it wasn’t fixed so we were in the harsh sun. There are some loungers on the grass but that grass is a litter box for the kittens that stay. There are loads of kittens here which was very lovely, the kittens are very friendly and clean; the hotel also called a vet for a sick kitten which was very caring of them. The entertainment shows were OK, the audience is very loud in August full of kids shouting so couldn’t enjoy that properly. Overall this was a good stay but there could have been improvements to make it better. I also wouldn’t come in august because of the amount of kids there were who were very loud, and it was VERY packed. But service was good, food was good. It’s also located in a good area with many shops nearby to do shopping, McDonald’s 5 min (ish) walk away which is VERY clean, Duden waterfalls are 15min drive away which was lovely to visit. The beach was 10min walk away which isn’t too bad, a buggy does come to take you but that can get packed. Beach service was good as well with lots of food and drinks there.

Very unwelcoming staff. Not very helpful and easy to shrug off your questions. We got chased out of restaurant because my daughter had an bikini top on but there were multiple other woman and girls with bikini tops on. Head chef picked up chips that was laying outside of the food trays from guests dishing and he tossed it back into the new batch by hand. If you want to relax in your room watching tv and your English dont bother it's all in foreign language and you cant cast from phone cause of blocked functions. We booked room for myself and my wife and our daughter but my daughter was given an bed so hard she complaint about her back hurting and that she cant sleep. Room fridge was not cold enough so the midnight snacks we bought went off. These are only few to mention. Hence to say I was very disappointed and discussed at what we received at corendon grand park lara in antalya. Will definitely not return to them as it has left an sour taste to our first trip to turkey. Ps easyjet holidays booking at reception was also very misleading on our external activities booking.
