J'Adore Deluxe Hotel & Spa

It was an amazing review in this hotel , acomodation it was good the staff was good . But i especially mention the animation team they did a great job entertain us and they did they job very well , they were amazing with us i had specially a good time with Valentina who was in the animation team , she was so kind and adorable and made us feel very velcomed .

I had the best experience at J adore, from the hotel to the food, to the athmosphere and all. What helped very much thr hype of the all experience was the animation team because we instantly made friends with them. They did a great job with all the spectacles in the evening and i was very impresed about their performances. They become our friends, and made our experience 10 times bettes! I would have stayed more because of them.

We have some dissatisfaction with rooms because it didn't clean every day but in general we have an incredible time here at the pool,the beach the bar is incredible but especially animation team but even in animation I will give flower to ram Simon but the mos to Valentina❤️ they make out time here wonderful.

Worst place I've ever been.... This is not a 5* hotel, it use to be, but right now it's a maximum 3*. When we arrived at the reception, we've seen them whispering, was the moment i realised that something it's wrong....... and yeah, I felt right, THEY WERE OVERBOOKED. Front office manager , Ozge , an unprofessional manager, on a very bad English, was trying to convince me that she is actually helping me , by taking me to a different hotel for that night, all this time she was struggling to understand what I was telling her ., then she turned around and left, living us with the receptionist So they've send us to a different hotel, a downgraded one. Next day, around 11 am they've took us back at J'adore, by the time we unpacked and get ready for the pool, it was around 1 pm. We went to the pool, and we realised there was no place to seat around the pool, place was packed, no were to seat, I went at the pool bar and asked for the manager, hoping ill get at least 1 sunbed, but the staff there, barely speak 2 words in English, bartender told me there is no manager, no sunbeds , no seats, sorry . I've tiped a guy, was lifeguard, and he went to another guy, and between the 2 of them they found me 1 sunbed, on that moment I've realised that if I want sunbeds , ill have to weak up at 7 am every morning , to be sure I can have sunbeds for the day. On the next day, nightmare....... we went for breakfast, ( you're not gonna find to many food options at J'adore ), and my wife had Greece yoghurt and honey comb, she didn't find a teaspoon, so she took a spoon, she nearly choked with a big piece of plastic that was in the yoghurt (find photo with the plastic) , she remained calm and with her own fingers managed to take it out, a waiter was next to the table, he saw everything, he took a photo and send it to someone, a gentleman with no badge came, looked at the piece of plastic and told my wife that a manager will come to talk to her, and guess what.....no one came . Everything it old, cracked, dirty, this place is in a bad stage(see photos) . 2 days we've had to ask for toilet paper , . I dont recommend you A la Carte restaurants, they don't know what a "la carte" restaurant means . I night 6-7 people got blocked in the elevator/lift , 3-4 children’s and 2 adults, they've been blocked in there for at least 10 minutes. This place ruined our family Holiday. Stay away from this place
