Kaya Palazzo Golf Resort

Kaya Palazzo is absolutely a stunning hotel. The food is, especially considering the size, excellent. It has easy access for golfers to play. The people working at the reception are helpful and friendly. The cocktail bar is amazing. The only thing I didn't like is that you don't have a chance to eat at the a la carte restaurants as a part of the all inclusive concept. Normally if you're staying longer than 5-6 nights you will get a night in one of those restaurants. That was not the case here. The other problem I had, but that's very personal , is that I thought the hotel was a little too big. It would have been nice to have a bit more boutique feeling. But I would definitely recommend it.

The managers at the reception were so materialistic, although we took 2 suites they charged us for a kid under 10 of age , they didn’t aim to please us but they ruined our entire stay . I would never come back to kaya palazzo .Also, the waiters were taking too long to bring the orders maybe 1 hour or maybe they completely forget

The receptionist guys was so rude . Not professional at all . I booked palazzo suite . Which is for family . But the got charged me for my 8 years daughter around 900€. Service was super poor . Kitchen was amazing . Very nice food . But the management doesn’t care at all . Suite was amazing with poor services . Only the assistant manager was amazing and tacking care of us . His name was Reda Tunisian guy . BUT ALI and Onder and Yunus they don’t care at all . Im not planning to visit them again . Added photo from my Room .
